I contacted the dry cleaner they advised me to bring the incorrect item back. Which I did and they advised me they would look into it. They have called me insisting that I brought in the doona that was returned to me. I only own two doonas, both are the same brand - Jaspa Herrington which was purchased at Harvey Norman in 2020. I was advised by the person working at the dry cleaners that it was my fault and I brought in the doona that was returned to me. The brand of doona that was returned to me was Dreamspun. I don't even think this brand was available for purchase in 2020. I would like my doona back or I would like the item replaced because this is not what I brought in to get cleaned, it cost me $750 at the time of purchase. The business is not taking responsibility, and have obviously misplaced my item - potentially giving it to another customer. The business representative was rude and insisted that I have made a mistake.

Shirts are rarely ironed properly and, more frequently than not, get lost in the back room where you get told to come back later. The older balding guy needs an attitude check and some lessons in how to treat customers. This epitomises bad Aussie service. If anyone wants to get rich quick - open up a dry cleaning shop next to this mob. Otherwise try the one Kingston shops - at least they're nice!

They initially lost the last set of sheets and then discovered someone else weirdly picked up and paid for here linen. One of the staff remembered giving the sheets to someone who was not my fiancé but they took so long to work out what happened that they could no longer check cctv footage. While waiting to get this issue resolved my fiance picked up her dry cleaning and found a pair of pants that were not hers and promptly returned the item. Hopefully the real owner gets that item back. Jennifer the manager has been slow to action or acknowledge the problem basically saying "well someone else has picked it up" and gone back on her word for reimbursement for the lost items. It is truely disappointing the lack of care this business has for other people property and how little they care about there loyal customers. So i would caution any current of future customers from doing business here.
