Advertises as a 24 hr security facility. Been there a couple of years; the people that work there really don't seem to know much about their responsibilities, nor care. The manager , when he's there, is a little better. Recently had our RV stolen from this place. The back double gate's lock was cut, 7:15am on a Sunday morning, and the cowardly thief stole the RV. Our RV was THE ONLY RV, kept in this area. No call, no email letting customers know they had been compromised. I was the person, on my birthday, that discovered the RV had been stolen. EIGHT days after the break in; great surveying your property and checking footage to see what happeThey didn't even notice the RV was gone. They had called us in the past when we were moving and living in our RV for a week, just to check to see if we were aware the RV was gone; not this time when it counted. The anemic video footage was from about 100yards away; even though there were TWO l- THREE cameras by our RV. TWO of them pointed in our direction. Negligence and a oh well attitude is unacceptable. If you want to pay for more than is advertised or an I don't care attitude but give me your money; this place is for you. read more

Just rented a space at this facility. The grounds and units are well maintained. George couldn't have been nicer helping me setup an account and rent my unit. The location is excellent right off of US 29. There are several places to choose from in this area and I'm glad I chose Out O' Space. read more

The short story: The storage service itself was fine/ok. (Which is why this is a 2 Star review not a 1star review) However, under NO circumstances would I recommend using George as a moving service. The long story: We had a good experience with the manager, George, until the time of move out. He told us that he provides a moving service using the u-haul available to customers. After such a positive experience we decided to use his services to move out of the unit. Throughout this move the lack of care of our property was outrageous. Examples: I stepped outside to check on the unloading progress as I thought it may be almost done. As I approached the uhaul I saw George take a look at the remaining boxes- grab the handle of a Rubbermaid box labeled in clear signage, 'special China- EXTREMELY Fragile' stored in the attic of the uhaul and quickly yank it so that it free fell to the floor of the uhaul. He did not try to control the box, and the by how he was standing this movement appeared to be deliberate. A moment later when he looked up and saw that I was standing there he quickly opened the lid to see if there was obvious breakage and did not apologize for this action. That was one of the last boxes and he left very quickly, and I was not able to unpack that box before he left. We also discovered our antique heirloom table, that had been refinished only a few months before going into storage, was gashed across the entire top and legs. These gouges were an 1/4 inch deep in some places. The chairs that match the table endured similar treatment and the backs of several chairs were splintered. These were left covered with blankets until after they had left our new home. When we called later he said that all of those things must have been broken on the move into the storage unit and not during his service. While I hope this is not what others experience with this establishment, this was our experience and it caused us to lose family treasures. read more

DO NOT RENT SPACE AT THIS LOCATION! We had a 10x10 climate controlled unit for over 1 year. We had to move all our items because the roof started leaking due to the fact they did not keep the gutters cleaned out according to the person working the desk that day. Thank goodness only empty boxes got wet that time. During the year we had the unit they went up on the cost twice. When we moved our items out in Oct. 2012 we discovered that unit had leaked as well. Unfortunately I lost some items and pictures that belonged to my mother who is deceased. When I went to the office to let the girl at the desk know she told me to take pictures and fight it out with the owner!!!! Even though they are supposed to provide a leakproof unit!!! She didn't even seem to care that we had damage to our possessions!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORAGE FACILITY!!!! read more
