I am obsessed with my little dog (probably to an unhealthy degree) and am always nervous about being away from him. (Whenever, I pick up my dog from doggie day care, I always ask how he did, and all I get is a "Fine" which drives me nuts!) Have been using these folks consistently for a few months now, since I moved to a new area. Easy to work with, even given my complicated and ever-changing schedule. One caveat: if your dog has difficulty with new people, let them know. Mine tend to be pretty friendly, so 2-3 different walkers within any given week (generally I use walkers 4x/week) are no problem, but they will accommodate your pooches' needs. They even leave a short note, kinda cute because some of the walkers are artists, letting you know how the time went! read more

I made the worst mistake ever, I switched companies from Out U Go. Out U Go is truly the best dog walking company. They are very flexible with last minute scheduling if you are in a bind. I know my dogs are in good hands with them. I have piece of mind that when I'm out of town they are caring for my dogs just like I would. But with Out-U-Go we couldn't be happier or more comfortable! From the professional home visit to set us up to the adorable and informative notes we find when we come home it is clear that really developing a relationship with us and our furry family members is top of mind. They listened clearly to all the little oddities we do for our pets and followed everything to the "t" and it has been obvious that we aren't just another client....they really care about caring for our pets! I used Out-U-Go for the first time today (01/17/16) since my roommate and I were going to be gone at work all day (this doesn't happen very often. Normally one of us is home midday) They came out and did a free meet and greet where they went over everything you would need to know. I have never had a stranger walk or care for my dog. I was so nervous. My dog can be a bit persnickety. I was waiting for a phone call that he wouldn't come out of his kennel or had gone and hid somewhere and they couldn't get him back in. He did great on the meet and greet, but you never know. I let out a sigh of relief when I got back after my late shift and my pup was in his kennel looking comfortable. He hadn't used the potty pad in his kennel which makes me feel better. Then there was the note they left. I documented that he had gone potty outside, and allowed the person to pet him. Apparently he was well behaved! I will definitely use them in the near future. I'm so excited that I have someone to count on when life gets a little hectic. read more

OUG is professional, accommodating, easy to schedule and very friendly. They are very easy to communicate with, and you just feel like you and your pet are in really good hands. We love the report cards they leave each time they make a visit to walk our pup! We needed someone to come walk our dog for a week when my husband was out of town, but we saved booking someone until last minute. No problem with OUG. They were able to schedule a meet-and-greet within a couple of days and they were scheduled to start making house visits that very next week. Email and phone communication were seamless and professional and their billing system is really easy too. Would highly recommend. I hired Out-U-Go in August when I went out of town for a couple days while I went out of town to Michigan. I wanted them to stop by, check on my cat and make sure that he had plenty of food in his bowl and maybe got a few pets (this being the least of my concerns since my very charismatic cat knows how to get petting!) When I came home I had several detailed reports on my counter, had the cat box cleaned and the cat seemed like his petting scale was at maximum levels. Over all, my only complaint would be the price. I would not have been able to afford this company for pet sitting had it not been for a Yelp deal that I had taken advantage of. read more

This was my first time using Out U Go and I was really impressed. I am a little bit of a cautious pet owner and get nervous having other people take care of my animals, but Out U Go did an amazing job. My roommate was home and able to tell me that the staff was really nice and really seemed to enjoy walking my dog. Contracted Out u go for long term service for my cat. The initial visit went fine and I left with a secure feeling that my cat would be cared for. However I returned to a sick and emaciated cat due to what Dan termed " a miscommunication" on their part." My cat was not fed per her schedule, I stated 1 can a day, and was told that extra food left would be cleared out and fresh food left. Unfortunately , she was left only 1 can per visit. I was gone over a month and she lost an extreme amount of weight, began vomiting blood red and green bile all over the house constantly. All of her sitters talked in their notes about how super hungry she was :(. I have had to bring her to the vet for blood work and medications, high out of pocket expense. The vet believes that due to her starvation her body began to attack her liver. She is a sick little kitty now and has not yet fully recovered from her awful experience. read more

I can't say enough good things about this firm! My two rescue hounds (one old, one young) love all of the walkers. They get so excited when lunchtime rolls around, they head outside to wait for the walker. The old dog sometimes just hangs around for belly rubs (and treats of course!), while the young one is always raring to go on walks. But even more amazing than the mid-day dog-walking service is their overnight dog-sitting service. Twice we've gone on last-minute, long-weekend trips, and Out-U-Go has arranged for one of their walkers to sleep at our house, take the girls to the dog park, drive to starbucks for breakfast, hang out and watch TV, do laundry, surf the internet ... basically all the things we do when we're home. The sitters basically treat the dogs as their own, except they sleep in our house. The dogs don't even notice that mom & dad are gone! The old dog can't do kennels or cages, and the young dog is a bit incorrigible in friends' homes (beagle-proofing a home is way tougher than child-proofing!), so in-home dog-sitting is the only real option for us. Thanks to the reliability and great service at Out-U-Go, it's so much easier for us to travel, and i don't feel guilty the whole time i'm away. read more

Last month I was visiting CO with my dog. Due to traveling, I didn't have a place to leave my dog while I ran an errand in their vicinity. Leaving her in the car is out of the question due to the temperatures. I contacted out-u-go *with my fingers crossed* that they might be able to help with my dilemma with short notice. My 2 herding dogs and I LOVE OUG!!!! We have used them for almost 2 years now and the service has only gotten better. We mainly use the services for daytime visits, as we usually have family watch them when we are out of town. The sitters are always incredibly sweet to my herding dogs, who are VERY high energy! OUG has always gone above and beyond for us. I love the report cards as well, such a great concept. The sitters have also never hesitated to let me know how great the girls were, or even if there is ever anything slightly wrong. We recently used Out U Go! to watch our two cats while away on vacation. I had never used a pet sitting service before and wasn't sure what to expect. I was very happy to learn that a representative came to the house to meet the cats and learn where everything was as part of our on-boarding and initial appointment. I should also note that our cats are very high maintenance with one needing daily oral medicine administered. They even called when one cat got sick and threw up his medicine. Overall they were extremely professional and I loved reading the 'report cards' with notes for each day we were gone upon our return. I will definitely be using them in the future! read more

We just used Out-U-Go for the first time and will definitely use them again. We missed our sweet kitty Louise so much while we were gone but I knew she was in great hands. Just got home to a healthy, happy kitty who, judging from the kitty-report-cards left each day, got plenty of playtime while we were gone which is so important as she's such an active cat. I hate taking her to a kennel where she is in a small crate all day, still gets good care but has limited space. I feel so much better calling in Out-U-Go to come take care of her in her own home where she's got all her normal sunny spots and toys. Highly recommend! read more

I got a new husky puppy, Zuma, about four months ago and I work full-time. It would not be possible to have Zuma if it wasn't for Outugo. I looked at using some other dog walking services and the customer service and price did not compare. The ability to get same day dog walking on a moment's notice is irreplacable. The cost for walks is very reasonable. The walkers are super professional and really do enjoy the time with your dog. I would highly recommed Outugo over any other service. read more
