I have done business with radio for YEARS and it is standard practice to actually have an agreement in writing, a schedule of times to play, and the ability to hear the spot before it airs, you PAY UPON AGREEMENT AND BEFORE COMMERICIALS ARE PLAYED. None of these things happen with these guys.. They are a joke and a scam..

Some salesperson called my company in February 2023. The salesperson pitched me on sponsoring a…read moreradio ad for veterans. I told him I was open to the idea but I would first need to research his company and verify the affiliation they had with the local radio station. I called 95.1 (they radio station they claimed to be representing). To little surprise the radio station hadn't heard of them. At that point I knew they were just scammers. The salesperson sent me an email (attached) the same day on 02/28/2023. The email was assuming a sale. Nothing wrong with that so far. On that very same day I replied to his email saying "After speaking with the radio station, while inquiring about your affiliation, I've decided I will NOT be doing any business with your organization". Call me crazy but I don't know any possible way they could consider that as authorization?? On March 23,2023 I received another email from RAI (Attached) where I again told them, "I told your rep we were not accepting your offer". Didn't think anything more of it until two days ago where they sent us a bill for $800 claiming we authorized their services on 02/28/2023. We have since filed a report with the FTC, The Ohio Attorney General's Office, and the Chicago Police. From the looks of it, this is a scam these people have been running for a while. Not only are they billing people for something they never had authorization to do, they are also claiming to run ads on radio stations that never aired. For everyone else out there that got ripped off by these people, I would urge you to report it the your attorney general's office, the FTC and the police. They'll keep scamming people until they're locked up. We've got to do our part.

I received an invoice in the mail today for $490 along with a copy of the broadcast announcement they say will be played throughout the week of March 27. The announcement uses my home address. I will call the billing department Monday. I did not agree to this ad.

I talked with several of these folks but it didn't seem like I could trust any of them. Looking up their less than great reviews confirmed my gut. Then I met JT Public Adjusters; in large part due to Matt Uliverie's upfront and honest approach I decided to go with them. They took care of the insurance side of things for me and got the whole roof replacement covered. Shoutout to Matt Ulivieri who was fantastic throughout the entire process. There was a separate issue caused by the crew during the installation, but when I called him, Matt didn't hesitate -- he had someone come out to fix it ASAP - with no hassle, no excuses. That kind of responsiveness truly matters and sets them apart. I'm still waiting on the warranty paperwork, and we'll see how the roof holds up over time, but based on everything so far, I'd definitely recommend Matt and JT Public Adjusters to anyone dealing with storm damage.

They are not clear about prcing and what is included. All information changes all the time just to get you screwed up. We signed a contract that plain and clear says that we would get Sep and Oct 2010 mailing to 2 zones at $1200 each mailing total of $2400.00 for 2 zones 2 months.After the first month we received anothe invoice of $2400.00!!! When I called Pete at accounting he says he knows nothing-talk to Nick (the crooked guy behind the operation who signed the contract). We were trying to get hold of Nick for several days, he was obviously avoiding us, leaving us messages PAST our business hours that we gave and not even trying to call my cell. Finally, he did. How it turned out that EACH zone s $1200 and it cost $2400.00 PER MONTH FOR TWO ZONES ( Total of $4800 for two months!!!!) to advertise with them. There is no informaion about that on the contract. I refused to that. Nick said that it is important to him that our business gets return on investment and he will come to our office to resolve this situation before October mailing goes out. No show , no call. Finally towards the end of the day I asked my assistant to call him ( did not want to deal with him personally): Nick said that there will be no October mailing, unless we pay $2400. BS! This guy is out there to get quick money and will try to scam you-ROI is very poor. From supposedly 40,000 (which I doubt they mailed that many) we got 4 phone calls from prospective clients and had only 2 appointments. That cost $2400! On the other hand we keep getting annoying calls from other advertsing agencies who "got RSVP card"-so I do not know if our info was sold to them, or if RSVP sending cards to physical adress vs. residential only. Very costly mistake for us
