Purchased 2 outdoor sun loungers mid 2021 for nearly $ 500 each . I asked lots of questions about the quality prior and was assured that it is made using very high quality Indonesian synthetic rattan .I had 2 special outdoor covers made for this pieces and they were never exposed to the Sun and they were also hardly used yet 2.5 years later it started breaking down first noticed bits of broken rattan on the floor .Their manufacturer just got back with the standard cop out saying " it depends on how it is used "line . Outdoor living did give me a gesture of 250 refund but that is not much of a compensation when I lost 1000 . I have a pair of high quality rattan chairs from another manufacturer for 8 years and it is in perfect condition and due to its shape I have never even had it covered . read more
