Jeff was punctual, helpful, thorough, and respectful of our property. Jeff spent a few hours removing cobwebs/dust from the corners of our garage, power washing the garage, cleaning storage cabinets appropriately, and hand drying the cabinets with towels. He was thorough to squeegee our garage as well as remove excess water from our driveway to ensure that we didn't end up with ice inside or outside from the winter temperatures. My tenants have dogs and thankfully, since it is really hot out the dogs were inside, but what if they weren't? They might have gotten out or bitten someone. I was actually stuck between 3 and 4 stars because not knowing when someone is going to show up to do work is a pretty big deal to me.
