Horrible experience. Went online ahead of time submitted insurance and orders. Received a text to call them to schedule. They advised they did not do that procedure at Fayetteville and the next closest was Peachtree City. Scheduled appt several weeks out. Took off work, drove almost an hour to get there and found out because I didnt have previous results with me from years ago, I could not be seen. Was never told this. They said they would let management know. They could have done the test and in the mean time got my previous results, but since I was a new patient they would not accept me. All they said is they should have told you and you can reschedule. No thank you. I wasted weeks of waiting for this test and my time off work and travel time to be turned away. read more

I have had numerous imaging studies done at the Peachtree City OPI location over the years. They are courteous and helpful at the front desk. I have always been able to schedule a procedure within a reasonable amount of time. The technicians are professional with good bedside manner and my results are available quickly. Pricing is much less than the same procedure at the hospital. I highly recommend this OPI location. read more

I waited 3 days for a call to schedule an MRI, only to find it would be another 3 1/2 weeks before they could get me in. Absolutely ridiculous. Who can wait that long when they are having serious back pain? Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This practice is so large the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. I was nervous because of the reviews I had read about this center, but I want to state that OPI of Peachtree City is a wonderful place to have a scan done. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, professional, and quick. I had barely sat down before I was called back (and I was 30 minutes early). They explained the processes clearly so I knew what to do and not do. When I called back with a question, the phone staff was extremely helpful. I would give this place more than 5 stars if possible! I have been both to Fayetteville and Peachtree City centers, I would chose Peachtree City's center over Fayetteville's OPI. read more

Was referred to you for s simple nose xray. After 2 days of having no xray tech we went to the Fayetteville OPI location. The lady behind the counter was rude from the moment we walked up to the counter. She called me incompetent for asking questions and was extremely unhelpful. I wish this had 0 stars. Called to make an appointment for this location, she said no problem, just come in. I even mentioned it was for a chest X-ray. Drove 40 mins to get there. Front desk said their X-ray machine is down and they're waiting for a part. Can't do it there. WTF. The Buckhead location is excellent. You're in and out. Very little wait. Highly professional and great service. The PTC location has some real issues to address. Lobby is full. No apology for the X-ray down. I said I just called an hour ago. She insisted I didn't call them and the other place should have known. She mentioned a couple other offices, but made no effort to give me the info. I read the other reviews online and was hesitant. Good afternoon, I was at your center today and was upset about the way my appointment was handled. I will start by saying, I was 9 minutes late. I went to the wrong center which was my fault. I did arrive 15 minutes prior to my appointment as suggested by wrong location. They redirected me and said they would call your office and advise them of my error. That being said, I arrived at 11:39 am. I had filled out all the documents online and even had my payment stored as well. I apologized for my lateness and was told it was okay. I sat down to wait. After over an hour, I went to the desk to ask how much longer it would be and the young lady told me I was late so the tech went to lunch. I should have been told that when I signed in. I could have went across the street to grab something to eat and called my office to let them know I would be late co lookming back. I was due back at 1:00 pm. I understand that I was 9 minutes late, my fault. I would not be upset if I was warned of that. I am upset that NO ONE thought my time had value or that I needed to know that 9 minutes=1 1/2 hours delay. I ended up being late getting back to work and was unable to have lunch. All I needed was to be advised of the issue. I saw everyone come in after me and leave before me, with no explanation. It was rude and even though I was late 9 minutes doesn't mean I should have to wait so long. I filled out my paperwork ahead of time online knowing I couldn't get off work to arrive 15 minutes before my appointment time to do so. I walked in 2 minutes after my appointment time and the tech had already no-showed me in the system and left for the day. Thanks for nothing. I never have had a problem with this group. I've been using them for years and they always got me in on time. I even needed an emergency x-ray once for a kidney stone, wife called to get an appointment and they got me in and done. Left 15 minutes later with a copy for my doctor. read more

I've been visiting OPI in Peachtree City for approximately 10 years and have had several CT scans and ultrasounds. The staff is always kind, helpful and the radiologists often provide my doctors a quick turnaround time for reading images and writing report (24-48 hours). read more

The business practices and service are very unprofessional. I received one bill with a total due but nothing itemized. When I called to find out the breakdown of charges, they couldn't answer and were supposed to get back to me. Rather than following up with me, to provide the appropriate details, they sent my bill to collections. Now, collections cannot give me a breakdown and when I call Outpatient Imaging, they say they cannot give me a breakdown over the phone. Essentially, they just charge what they want without any accountability for what they do versus what they charge. They are quick to send to collections, even for people who have the means and every intention to pay...once they know what they're paying for. Also, they overbook their appointments so you wait over an hour for your turn. read more

They are less expensive but their scheduling is horrible. Do not use them if time is an issue!!! We got an urgent order for an MRI and they scheduled us for two weeks out. They slipped and mentioned that they rent their facility out to an orthopedic group two days a week. We have used them a couple of times and they are always slow and their interface with the insurance companies is sloppy.a It is never problem free and their customer service interface with us is near indifferent. read more

This is a terrible location. The procedure went well but they told me that I had met my deductible and did not have a co-pay. They did not provide a bill and did not send me any more information about it. Around 8 months later I found out that they sold my information to a debt collector. I verified that it was legit through my insurance and payed it. Now i get to fight getting this removed from my credit report due to THEIR INCOMPETENCE!! This place does a very poor job communicating with their patients. I will never go back and recommend anyone to stay away as the service is ok but their billing and adminstration is horrible!!!! People in this company interact OK, but not top notch on the customer service level. MRI machine is not top quality. There are machines producing much higher resolution images these days. The main problem I have so far is with their billing. After 3 months, and many phone calls, I have still not received a bill from this company. I should receive a bill, my EOB clearly shows what my insurance company did not cover or exclude through a contract.When I call this location, they always give me a third party McKesson number to call to inquire about my bill. When I call, McKesson's automated answering system has many errors in it and cannot find my bill. I have also not been able to talk to a person. I imagine my bill will be sold to a collection agency in the future, and I will come back here to drop this rating from two stars to one. read more
