On 6/12 we had a group of 10 that started arrive at 3:30 for a 60th Birthday our waiters name was andrew. he was probably the most attentive waiter I have had in a very long time he knew almost immediately when new people arrived he met us made sure the and where first 3 of us where familiar with the specials where comfortable. He asked what we wanted to drink and explained the specials and answered are questions. He kept up with the orders everything came out and he would constantly made sure we had everything. He asked the organizer when to bring the cake to the table and made sure the table was clean before hand and kept it from the person celebrating their birthday. Enjoyable experience! We sat outside to the far right as we had our dog with us who likes to talk to other dogs. The server greeted us with a water bowl for our dog. Great views of the boat dock and water. We sat at a picnic table with an umbrella. Food was good. We got a Ruben, burgers, fish sandwich, and chicken tacos. We also enjoyed some beers. The walk way and part of the floor was flooded. Server was nice but never refilled the drink. We all got fish tacos, they were decent. There were porter potties to use outside so only one of us used them. Nice to be on the little river area. We sat outside which is always a win. While visiting my daughter at Florida's Treasure Coast recently, she decided to take us for lunch at this fab dock, tiki, eats joint! Boy was I pleasantly surprised... we felt we were in some old noir movie (i.e., Key Largo and Eric Von Zipper and the Rats), riverside, docks, boats, shanty palm huts with wood table and chairs, sandy beach by the river, the smell of fish and seafood wafting in the air, aromas filtering in the air, sixties ambience at its best! It was fun. Seafood is pretty darn good too! Outrigger's Bar & Grill is a must stop for some really casual seafood, brewskies and a good ole time! I loved it, and plan to go back! read more

If you are looking for caviar and lobster you should move on, if you are looking for good service, good food, and a very relaxing space this is your stop. As first timers the server took his time to tell us about the food he would recommend. He suggested either the fish tacos or chicken wings. I went with the tacos and wasn't disappointed. We'd heard of the Outriggers Bar and Grill from others and finally had a chance to check it out. We went on an overcast and cool day, but sat next to the boats in the marina next to the bar. It is a cool old Florida place, lots of genuine local marina zen! We started with the smoked wings Outriggers is famous for... they were good, and had to have them as they're renowned locally. I prefer fried wings, but glad I had the smoked wing experience! I had a fish sandwich and fries, she had a mahi caesar wrap. Both were served very hot, portions were generous and yummy. Our server was attentive to both us and to the others present, who seemed to be familiar and cheerful locals. I picked up a cool blue shirt as we left. I was really excited to try this place but it was pretty average for me. The view of the river was nice and our server was nice, as well, but the place was full so service was extremely slow. The food was lacking and the soda was flat. I would probably come back again just for a drink along the river but I wouldn't eat here. read more

Met with friends here to celebrate a birthday. We found a table out on the dock by the water which was a wonderful and relaxing setting for dinner. Nothing is offered for birthday celebrations in the way of a complimentary dessert however, we called ahead and were allowed to bring our own birthday cake. We had a very friendly server. We were a bit surprised that for a place that's on the water, that they had very limited seafood selections on the menu. One person at our table asked if she could get the shrimp basket but prepared other than fried and was told "Sorry, but it already comes with the breading on it." Yikes...frozen out of the bag shrimp. Fish choices were Cobia, Mahi, and Trigger fish. Two at our table ordered fish tacos, two of us got fish sandwiches, and the other got a regular meat sandwich. There were a lot of sandwiches, wraps, and salads on the menu, but we really had hoped for more seafood choices, i.e., crab, flounder, scallops. All of the fish entrees were just average. Not much flavor and not especially fresh tasting. The onion rings (which are an upcharge of $2) came with a count of 6 and were not good. Again, tasted like out of a frozen bag. The setting is really nice for an enjoyable evening, but the food needs work and totally missed the mark. I have no interest in going back to eat here again after the meal I had. And let's face it, we all like to feel like we're getting our money's worth when we go out for a meal. I left pretty disappointed. This was a spontaneous decision due to us having our dog and needing a pet friendly restaurant. We had planned to visit a different restaurant but we drove by and saw a sign that did not allow dogs. I used Yelp once again as my North Star and found this place. We tried to find the outdoor seating and it was on the other side of the fence. Hubs waited with the munchkin outside while I went in and inquired if they were dog friendly. I was told yes and signaled for hubs to come back. We grabbed a seat at a picnic table and observed our surroundings. The backyard is a marina so that was an added bonus. I'm a Pisces so I love the water lol. We were greeted by our server, who approached us excitingly with a smile. She greeted our dog as well. I inquired what she suggests to drink, to which she said the bartender makes a rum runner everyone loves. Sold! Hubs ordered a beer, as usual. We continued to look over the menu to decide what we wanted to eat. While we were waiting, a regular approached us and talked to us about corgis. Our server returned with our drinks and took our orders. I asked for a bowl of water for the dog and she came right back with it. As we waited for our food, several people came over and engaged in conversation while petting the dog. Everyone was very friendly and cool. Our food arrived in a timely manner and we dug in. Everything was very good. I was not expecting much since it was not a fancy place but the ingredients tasted fresh and were better quality than I expected. My Caesar wrap was too much so I took half to go-always dumb when I'm vacation lol. We ordered another round when our server came over again. She brought the check over to us not long after because I guess they were closing. The pricing was a little extensive, especially since it did not feel like a tourist spot. The manager Megan is rude as f***, the waitstaff is inconsiderate and the food was subpar. If you're looking for an experience that is barely (and that's being nice) mediocre this is your place. My husband and I come here when we go out jet skiing and we want some food at the end of our day. There is no direct parking for boats, but there is a small section where you can anchor jet skis near the parking lot. The restaurant is outdoor seating only but there is umbrellas at tables and the bar area is all covered. The food has always come out hot, freshly cooked, and delicious. This time we got the hot honey garlic wings which aren't too spicy and have an amazing flavor. My husband and I aren't huge wing people and we both ate all of them and thoroughly enjoyed them. My husband got the burger which was alright and huge... for a long day out on the water it was decent. They have amazing ranch and the onion rings were better than your average onion ring. I got the loaded hotdog. It is a GINORMOUS hot dog with A LOT of toppings. Honestly, our favorite part about the whole experience was our server. She was very attentive and kind. Their service has always been amazing and it is very notable. The atmosphere is extremely relaxing as well since you're sitting right on the dock. read more

I stopped in here last Sunday (5/21/23) for lunch with some friends. I'm not from the area so I had no idea what to expect. We sat outside and our waitress didn't seem too friendly, must have been having a bad day. I asked for something and she said, "what's on the menu" and walked away before I could ask another question. I ordered a rum and Coke & I could barely taste the rum! Several of the items we wanted were out of stock, so it was slim pickings. I was nice however sitting by the docks and seeing the boats. It this ramshackle of a food joint needs a facelift. I had the fish tacos. My husband had the butterfly shrimp and our dog had the chicken tenders brought home the steak tacos for my daughter. All I can say is it was delicious. No one had any complaints. Waiting for the food was a little long, but nothing major. The pup loved his chicken tenders; as we did our meals. Will definitely go back soon.
