I was shocked to see such bad quality picture, pixels and colour on the business card. My picture was 4 shades darker than the original one, I had provided him. The business cards were not cut symmetrical either. Even after accepting the over 15 days delay they gave me the worst shabby business cards ever seen. Charged my credit card and refused to refund amount, even after I spoke respectfully, requested them to accept all 3 flaws. They are very unprofessional, sad and bad experience. However much to my surprise this was not the case when I recieved my book on the 12th a day before my 30th bday I was shocked and quite upset to find the watermarks was all over my book. I called a bunch of places looking for a new guestbook for friday the 13th and no one had any I was quite upset and tried calling a few print shops. kickstart immediately jumped to help me they redid the ENTIRE front cover and back cover of the book granted due to time restraint it had to be coiled not bound the book turned out AMAZINGLY!!!! I was and still am over the moon happy about it the staff where so amazing at well to deal with. definitely would recommend them !!!
