They did an amazing job at a very reasonable price and very quickly, everyone love all the work done.... But here's why this review was really deserved...I recently lost my a family member, it was a very sudden death, very devastating to us all... and all at a time where some milestone events were happening as well. I called the owner, explained what had happened and ask if they would be able to embroider something for me, one item, a custom design with name but I also needed it the same day in less then 2 hours.. He told me, bring it in let's see what we can do, and that he would have one machine waiting for me. I told him my daughter was graduating college that weekend and the sash the school had made, they forgot to add something to it, he said no problem, it can be done quickly. Now while that was being done, I asked if he can custom design a butterfly flying away and name under it as a memorabilia to honor my cousin on my daughter gown as she walks on stage to get her degree so my cousin may be walking along side her together. He didn't hesitate. He quickly got on his computer made a few designs, worked with colors and sizing till he felt it was perfect. The work and design was very tedious, he dropped everything he was doing put everything on hold and started designing. After the designing process he took us to the back to choose colors, helped steer us in the right direction to have the butterfly come out perfect. He then asked where we wanted to put it and suggested it be on the left arm as it is closer to the heart, we agreed. It look so beautiful, just like my cousin. I then thanked him so much and asked how much do I owe him. I knew it would be a lot of $$$, as it was a rush rush rush custom design order but I didn't care, it's was lot that he did it in such a short amount of time. What he said and did after honestly shocked me, it shook me so much I just started to crying, tears just would not stop. He told me it would cost nothing, just a prayer and to have my daughter wear it proudly, he said how can I put a price on something with so much meaning behind it, just wear it proudly and remember me in your prayers. I thanked him again and left there in tears...to know someone could be so caring and kind during such a difficult time. If you need anything done, this is the place to go. They do amazing work and they are super kind, caring and compassionate. God will reward them for all their acts of kindest. The second time they ordered the wrong color balloons for a retirement party and they were unable to make the correction because the balloons were special ordered. I was compensated by not getting charged for the balloons in error. By the 3rd time I had decided I would not go there again. The ribbons for another shower party favor had the wrong date. We decided to make that a game at the shower to see who noticed it first. The owner is very helpful if you are making a large order but for someone like me who likes to make my own favors and only needs the printed ribbon or bags she is very short with you and hurries you out of the store.
