A few weeks ago, I put in a change of address on the AZ Republic website to move my newspaper delivery from Phoenix to Flagstaff. I was told that my paper would begin arriving on my Flagstaff doorstep on May 23. Guess what? 18 days and constant emails/phone calls with Customer Care later, I still have no paper. Just the same old script promising that they will contact either the District Manager or the carrier, and that the paper will be delivered the next day, "no worries." Why can't you just give me a phone number to call the local distribution people? This should be an easy fix. If I could talk to someone local, I could fix this problem in 5 minutes. I'm reading the digital version, but I'm paying for the old-school paper version, and if you tell me that I can receive it in Flagstaff, then you need to make that happen.

I recently took a few past years of documents that contained"My Life", to be shredded at Prescott facility. I would think that Sir Speedy, as a corporation, would a have much better customer service posture and equipped with stronger processes to make sure that their customers have no worries about theft of their information after they leave their shredding. I saw nothing but a very small locked garbage can in the office filled with sensitive materials being used. Then I was told it goes into another vehicle then taken down to Phoenix for shredding. Ok... but what is there to prevent anyone from handling that material, snapping photos on ones phone and then selling the info? I have to think of stronger passwords all the time on my accounts. Can't this company come up with something stronger also?

Forget about it! We were told on the phone, to come in and talk to a paralegal about some tax…read moreissues. We made an appointment and were directed to "Arlene", she was obviously JUST A TAX PREPARER. Because, as we explained the reason for our "consultation", she began to scold us for interrupting her busy day with our questions about tax liability. Someone made a mistake and directed us to Too-Busy-Arlene. We were treated very unprofessionally and ran out! She could have directed us to the proper person in their office, if they even have one! Arlene may be able to fill out a 1040 but she certainly can't handle much more... and whoever made our appointment doesn't know much either. Our time was wasted too Arlene!
