Beware - Fraudulent Behavior by Paradise Events and Liting Chan…read more I paid a deposit of nearly $23,000 to Paradise Events and Liting Chan for floral décor four years ago. The wedding was canceled due to Covid (the planning service fee of $6000 was paid separately), and no flower décor were ever provided. Despite multiple attempts to contact her via calls and emails, she has refused to respond or refund my money. I have since left Canada and the deposit was lost forever. Her actions are dishonest and unprofessional--avoid doing business with them if you don't want to risk losing your money.

They are a good mix of songs, games, play time and structured skills' instruction. There is a good developmental flow and concept. The owners and staff are lovely people. The place is so clean it's lovely! I would like the transition classes from parent/child to solo child in class to accommodate children who are smaller or are slower to mature as they need a little more spotting when climbing than their larger peers and without parents' being allowed to attend this is a challenging transition. In our case, our nearly 4 year old daughter is staying in the 2.5 to 3.25 year old class until she doesn't need as much spotting which is a reasonable compromise and I'm sure stays within the franchise agreement guidelines.

The parents I have talked to who have booked their children's party at this location have told me they love the fact that everything is taken care of except for party favors. The Pizza gets ordered and delivered to the location, I believe the same for the cake. I've heard they are open as well for regualr classes to help kids get active. I would say this is best for kids from age 3 through 10.

The machine wasn't too expensive, clean when we picked it up & gave us clear instructions on the use. It is heavy so bring someone to help you to pick it up or remove it from your car. It tastes a lot better with wine also mixed in with the mix. I did one without and one with...or could have been that the one that had more alcohol actually tasted better! The party was great, everyone loved the Bellini's and Turkey's made it easy by giving us clear instructions. We will use Turkey's again when we have our next party.
