My name is inmar gonzalez I was suggested by my doctor to get 10 appointment or therapy and in…read moretouch physical therapy she highly recommended this place but when I got there they give me evaluation and then they put me two weeks and cancellation because they don't have an openings for me my first appointment was December 5 that was Thursday 5:15 p.m. when I show up they tell me that my 10 appointments they only have an openings for 7 appointments so I go done 7 appointments from 10 I don't even started my physical therapy and from 10 appointment they got me down to 7 appointments I was appointment the way they was treating me at some point I feel like it was treating me like a second-class customer because everybody else was getting his appointment in place but not me one thing that I noticed especially the manager the one in charge of that day they don't like my English the way that I speak because they notice my Latino accent so I feel like different because that I was upset about this place I told the lady cancel all my appointments I go some place else like a physical owatonna therapy and I walk out of there so disappointed about the way these people they treat me all that because I was a Latino people trying to get a physical therapy and this place because my doctor suggests that but I was disappointment so I'm done with this play I'm not going back I give a bad review because the way they treat me bad so I'm done with this place
