He took his time to explain what exactly the issue was and pointed out multiple different things that I haven't even observed about my laptop...like there were 3 screws missing at the bottom! He's a very hard worker and really cares about fixing any technical problems. Communicated great with me and kept me updated about any changes with my laptop.
