Being that it is owned by people who do not have smart phones, computers, and Internet, it was very difficult to find this place. I have been here several times and definitely shall return. The man who works there is very helpful, very personable, and goes out of his way to answer any questions you might have about the greenhouse and his life. Very happy with the service I just received from Urban Lumberjack! I tried a few other companies…read morethat popped up first in my Google search for firewood and my calls either went to voicemail or I was told that they were too busy to sell me firewood. Luckily, I found this company on Yelp! Not only did someone answer and was very helpful in my first-ever firewood purchasing experience, but they delivered the firewood the same day! Isaac showed up with a truck full of beautiful, seasoned hardwood and carefully hauled it to the exact place in the yard I wanted it stacked. And then he stacked it in this Jenga fashion to ensure that the air could still circulate around it (the palate was mine). He was very careful around my plants and answered every question I had. And he even brought me a free bag of kindling! I am super impressed by the wonderful customer service I just received and can't wait to have some great bonfires in the backyard. I will definitely call them again once we start to run low!
