The issue was the salesperson's classist comment about my neighborhood, which I clarified on the spot. As shown in my original review, he confirmed he meant the neighborhood itself, not the lawn. The company's response is a retroactive reframe that contradicts what was actually said. Update 2: Following my review, someone from the company returned to my property 4-5 hours later without notice or consent to photograph it. When I called to ask why, I was told it was because I had 'slandered their business all over the internet' and they wanted documentation of the lawn condition. This call was recorded. The lawn condition was never the issue. The review was about a classist comment made about my neighborhood. Their response reframes the word 'rough' to mean the lawn after I explicitly clarified on the spot that he meant the neighborhood, not the grass.
