I was also told the piece would be cleaned before it arrived, but when it arrived it was clear that there was NO attempt made to clean it. After I called again, Don offered to give me a few dollars back because it was dirty. When I went to get the money back, Don questioned whether or not it was or was not cleaned. I will not be shopping with Don again.
