These guys recently handled a couple of jobs for us. One was removing spray paint from my driveway the cable company put all over it. A second job of surface cleaning a driveway at a different location. They were able to get the paint dots off the driveway without removing the driveway sealer. The surface cleaning job was complicated as they ran out of water halfway through doing it. Turns out the wife has an app that controls the water valve and somehow it was turned on. These guys were so nice and understanding about the problem we created. They came back a few days later once we got the water turned on and finished the job. The before and after show a huge improvement. We even had some caulking or something the builder left us that was adhered to our front porch patio. No power washer in the past has been able to remove it but OxiKlean did! It looks so much better. The booking process was super easy using Yelp and OxiKlean's estimate came in nearly 50% lower than their competitors. We will definitely be doing business with them again in the future. And that was a major reason why I picked them. Based in Salem, this is a family owned business. And I always try to support family-owned businesses whenever I can. Darrell was super friendly and worked really hard on our basement...and he had a big job. We had water stains from 3 different incidents (along with ground-in dirt stains from muddy boots). I will preface my review by stating that the gentleman who cleaned my house was timely, courteous, and quick with his work. We had guests stay in our guest bedroom for a while with a small dog that wasn't house trained and ended up urinating all over our carpet. After two cleanings from Oxi Klean, it still smells horrible. I am not attributing their two star rating to that however. It is for two factors- the rug that they took to clean and the lack of follow-up customer service after I made a complaint. When they took our Persian rug to clean (charged $70) they returned it with the same smells, stains, and even some of the same animal hair that had been on it. I have a really hard time believing they actually cleaned the rug. It looked like the vacuumed it (poorly) and then just brought it back. When I messaged them through Yelp about it I was dismissed and ignored after my last response. I wasn't rude or impatient. I wasn't being unreasonable. I just wanted them to be aware that I wasn't happy with the issue, which didn't seem important to them. I will absolutely not be using this company ever again in the future. read more

The service was great, my floors look wonderful. Darrell and his assistant were very friendly and did a great job. But they were an hour late and I was charged more than the estimate. When I asked about the up charge, they then looked at our email history to see that the estimate was less than charged and then fixed the price to reflect the estimate. read more

I had my carpets cleaned today by Oxi Klean, and I'm very happy! There was no chemicals, all green and environmentally safe, my carpets came out beautifully, and the two men were efficient, thorough, respectful and considerate! The best part was I made the appointment yesterday and they came today, it took then about two hours to clean, the carpet took about 30 minutes to dry and then we were back to our normal routine. I messaged this business on yelp and got a quote. They were running late and let me know ahead of time of this. They let me know when they were on the way to my house. Once at my house we went over everything and they started working. It was nice not having hoses running all over my house and it was comforting to know it was safe for my pets. All the stains came out and they put scotchguard down so it'll be easier for me to clean next time. All In all I will use them next time.
