Interesting to note that the local LV and GUCCI stores actually refer their customers to Jorge and Javier as they can bring many of those high end purses back to life for you. Now it may take a bit to get your items back but believe me it will be worth the wait as they recall do an excellent job. The second piece was a much bigger issue (pictures attached). When I picked it up, it had a noticeable rattling noise. Upon inspection, it was clearly damaged internally. I am confident this was not the case when I dropped it off, as the noise was obvious enough that it would have been noticed by either of us. I returned to the shop three separate times and was consistently told to come back when the owner was available. When I finally spoke with him, I calmly asked whether the damage could have occurred during the repair process or if they had noticed anything. I was not asking for a refund, only for help or clarification. Unfortunately, the response was defensive and dismissive. The conversation quickly became tense, and there was no willingness to even consider the possibility of an issue on their end. Based on this experience, I strongly recommend documenting the condition of your items before leaving them for repair and clearly agreeing in advance on how potential damage will be handled. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, not just because of the damage, but due to the lack of professionalism and unwillingness to address the situation constructively.
