It's a must stop if you are traveling between Chihuahua and Cuauhtémoc. This small family ice cream shop has since started to sell its paletas throughout the state. However, there is something wonderful about going to the original shop, walking up to the window and taking a bag full. My favorite flavors a are the nuez (pecan), vanilla (vanila), aguacate (avocado), fresa (strawberry) and cafe (coffee). I tend to stick with the cream ones as I am not sure about the Hielo ones, since they are made with water. They are pretty small but packed with flavor. Bring a cooler and stock up for your trip.
