It was installed incorrectly by my contractor and leaked the first time we tried to use it. I went in to Fixture exchange and gave Linda my info and what parts I wanted to purchase. I explained what parts I needed and why I needed them. She took my info and promised to email me a price for the replacement parts. After a couple of phone calls to clarify the make and model, she said she would get the info and prices and get back with me. Imagine my surprise when she called that afternoon and told me the parts were on the way to my home. She had contacted Fleurco and had secured me a warranty replacement of the parts at no cost. Linda went out of her way to assist me when I hadn't even purchased the Shower wall from her company. They are an authorized dealer and stand behind the company's products they carry. This is the kind of superb customer service that is lacking in so many companies these days. They placed a large order with the manufacturer and apparently that made it easier for them. I would have been mUch more impressed if they had agreed to exchange immediately and have been more concerned about my customer satisfaction. Bottom line...they have a nice selection of unusual lights and fans, mostly not in stock, so you have to wait for them and be sure you LOVE what you order because the penalty for exchange could be stiff.
