They walked me through each step, what to expect and notified me of each step on when it will be completed. They took all changes that I made in stride, customized it to look exactly like I wanted. I would definately recommend this company to all my friends ! They did an excellent job....In the middle of winter. If the weather permitted, they were on the job-site!

I had them look at them and they told me it was normal and they would go back in the winter when the heat was on. They still do not look correct. Then, they gave me an estimate for replacing my floors that were damaged by water. They only replaced half of the wood in the estimate but would only take $200 off the almost $3000 estimate. Jo, the lady that answers the phones and schedules everything, was rude and unhelpful. I asked around about the company and everyone I spoke to said Jo was mean and hard to work with. I do not recommend this company.

A corner of our roof was damaged while removing a tree last winter. We had a new roof put on by…read morePinnacle three years ago so we had them come out to fix it. The invoice was higher than the quote. When I asked why, they said they had to replace a rotten piece of roof decking. When I asked how there could be a rotten roof decking sheet under a new roof they had no answer for me. Either my new 50 year warranty roof is leaking or they put shingles over rotten decking to begin with. Best part... they keep telling me they'll come out and see what the problem is but they don't.
