Absolutely terrible service. If they can't get water right, you could not trust them to actually operate a phone or provide any good service.
My very first water delivery got bumped, I received notice by text.
Called the customer service number on the text, and the recording stated that they had too high a call volume to even be put on hold, then disconnected.
Called another 800 number and spoke to a lady from another part of the country and she reported that due to a change in routing to make things more efficient, my deliver was bumped. I asked how that is more efficient and she said she didn't know. She said she would have someone else call me. No one called.
I called back 12 hours later and spoke to a different lady. She said about the same thing. This time someone called back about 14 hours later and left a voicemail asking me to call her back before 12:30pm. I called at 12:18pm, she didn't answer. I left a message, no call back.
I called 800 number again. Another nice lady stated she would give me two bottles of water free and have local office call me. I checked my account hours later, no credit. Never received a call.
I've resorted to using a funnel to fill the spill proof top on the empty bottle. They are no longer spill proof once they have been used once because they are not designed to be filled again at the house.
I suppose I'll have to get my own dispenser and lug bottles back from HEB. read more
