When they mowed my yard it was uneven as if there mower deck wasn't level and it left grass "ridges." When trimming, they scalped the grass nearly down to the dirt. I tried to talk to them but they didn't speak english and I'm not fluent in spanish. I cannot recommend them. read more

Hiring OOS (who had contracted my work out to another contractor) to landscape several areas of my front yard was a nightmare. After using our "warranty" to "fix" things that should've been done right the first time during a landscaping project, I am still finding things that were not done correctly. Weed stumps that were left, supposedly fixed with the "warranty," are still there, poking up through the landscape paper and rocks. As I've been trying to fix things, I have noticed that at least half of one of the planting areas still had all of the old landscaping material left and new just thrown over it. Landscaping paper is not entirely placed under the rock barrier, so it continues to grow weeds. My favorite find was finding a couple old, small scrubby tree, not even freshly cut to the ground, with landscaping rock set over it. The new landscaping quickly looks like it did before I had Ozark Outdoor Solutions out. I will have to rehire the work by a company that can do the job and not pay lip service with a smile. read more

We've used OOS for years. They are very professional and make our yard look wonderful.

As people I'm sure they are ok but trying to run a business thru a web portal is bad bad bad customer service! For some reason they refused to trim the fence line behind our propane tank even after i called and left a vm. If you dont like a personal touch with great customer service and just want to deal with a web portal this is likely the place for you. Pricing runs 30 to 40% higher than others in the area so buyer beware as I learned the hard way. read more
