After some time, the owner came to our table and told us that another customer's order had somehow been charged to my credit card. She said she would cancel the transaction and asked us to place the order again. Naturally, I was concerned and asked for an explanation of how another customer's order could be charged to my card. Unfortunately, she repeatedly said she didn't know and offered no explanation or reassurance. Her attitude was dismissive and surprisingly unconcerned about what could have been a serious payment system issue. Because I was uncomfortable with the situation and the lack of transparency, I decided to cancel my order and leave. She simply said "OK" and showed little interest in addressing my concerns. Whether this was a system error or not, customers deserve a clear explanation when their credit card is involved in an unexpected transaction. The poor customer service and lack of concern left a very negative impression. I would be extremely cautious about using a credit card here in the future.

I'm just thankful it wasn't my nephew eating that as with the sizing that would have been an extreme choking hazard. Based strictly on that I don't think I would return but if you do try this place the fish itself was tasty, just be cautious as you eat.

The maple bourbon crème brûlée, the butter cake and their house-made Keylime pie. There were three of us eating and we all tried these options. We had two thumbs up on the crème brûlée, one thumb up on the butter cake and no thumbs up on the Keylime pie. The Keylime pie was similar in our mind to a cheesecake (huge piece, super creamy but it's not what we were used to. The crème brûlée was delicious, but we didn't get much maple bourbon flavor. Sorry, but honestly, I didn't like the baked salmon roll here; there was too much sauce, and I couldn't really taste the salmon. Americans might like the taste. The vegetable tempura roll was ok. I think the rice was not tasty in either roll. The jasmine tea was my favorite type with blooming jasmine flowers. The service was excellent. There are also large tables, so it's good for families and groups. The parking lot is in front of the restaurant.
