This is the worst experience I ever had with an online website. I booked the Great Ocean Tour and paid with my credit card. The transaction was completed and my Visa was charged. However, the company called and informed me the tour has been cancelled and my money will be refunded. Unfortunately , this is not true. The refund never happened. I tried emailing them and Fiona insisted the amount was never charged and they closed their account. I contacted Visa and they informed me the charge definitely went through but I have to wait 15 days before I can dispute. I waited 15 days and email Ozzie Mate and they simply ignored me. I felt I have been a victim of fraud and I am waiting for Visa to sort this out. Terrible experience. read more
