Not only did the Attorney not attend the closing but no one from the Law office attended either. This resulted in everyone getting paid at the closing table from the sale of my home but me. It took about three days of me calling and ranting before my funds were wired to me and even then there were errors. i was overcharged and had to request the over hage returned. Last, i were given a payout statement showing the full amount i would receiving at the closing and it was wrong by $99,000 . This after confirming the payout amount prior to the closing in writing and via email. This Law firm is absolutely terrible and i woudl not recommend them to notarize a document let alone represent me in a closing. Buyer beware!

Customer service here is not bad--it's hostile. Then comes the truly shady part: they pressure you to sign over prior, completely unrelated cases that have nothing to do with why you hired them. This is not clearly explained upfront, and it feels like a trap you only realize you've stepped into after it's too late. Consider this your warning. Advocacy? Negotiation? Fighting for your rights? Absolutely not. When dealing with doctors or insurance companies, they fold immediately. Whatever they're told, they accept. No pushback. No strategy. No effort. Which is wild, since they're paid a percentage of your settlement--yet seem allergic to fighting for more money. And then there's Goldstein. Calling him "a piece of work" is being polite. If arrogance, dismissiveness, and self-importance were legal credentials, he'd be unstoppable. The cherry on top? Everyone is always on vacation. Constantly. Perpetually. This office has more PTO than productivity. Meanwhile, your case sits untouched while you're treated like a nuisance for asking basic questions.
