Best roll offered + rubbery calamari
Karin R.

The ambiance was nicely air conditioned and soft like lighting. The calamari appetizer was like rubber yet we didn't send it back. I really enjoyed the Miso Salmon entree, and the sushi roll& husband enjoyed the roll and his shrimp entree. The family was seated party of nine. The biggest issue was that you gave us one receipt instead of three - and the items were rang up in such a kerfluffle that it took 45 minutes to separate the BILL. This delayed your service to other parties waiting in the lobby. Perhaps YOU COULD DO BETTER?? Our server was delightful. Your receipt policy is a joke.

Sesame Chicken Lunch Special

It's the "business casual" of Chinese-American food. If you're looking for a culinary revolution, keep driving, but if you want a reliable, hot lunch in a padded booth, this is your spot. Think upscale Panda Express. The flavors are safe and the salt-to-sugar ratio is exactly what you expect. It arrived steaming hot, cooked to order, which earns a thumbs up. The lunch special is priced fairly. You're paying a small premium for the metal silverware and the lack of a fluorescent-lit food court. It's the Honda Accord of dining. It won't turn heads, but it'll get you where you're going. Consistent, average, and perfectly fine for a Monday lunch running errands.

I'm not sure why there are any other reviews short of five stars for this location. This is probably our fifth time eating here and absolutely love it. We've had Hilary and Mimi as our servers here and they are the best! Always treated with great hospitality and attentiveness. The food here is always tasting amazing. We ordered two kids chicken teriyaki which the kids loved, one northern dry ribs for an appetizer, the shrimp tempura sushi, beef and broccoli, and the salt and pepper prawns. Everything tasted amazing and the presentation was beautiful. The restaurant is always clean and lighting is perfect. We will definitely be back again soon! Love the rewards system as well!

Came in here right as soon as they opened. Was instantly greeted by one of the staff members Cesar everyone at this location is very friendly and outgoing. my boyfriend and I got a few appetizers and a few drinks. My personal favorite was the cherry Blossom martini.

Wonton soup minus the water chestnuts. Ginger chicken & broccoli in potato starch(gluten free preparation).

Our server Paul, was quick and efficient. He took our order and without hesitation knew exactly how we wanted our dishes to be cooked and prepared. My hubby is celiac and needs things to be prepared a certain way(gluten free). We enjoyed everything. The broccoli is never cooked properly so that's why I gave 4/5 stars. But Paul was great!!

My friend really wanted to try PF Chang so we went. Upon entering we were greeted right away. The entry way were clean, well decorated and spacious. We were seated within minutes in a comfortable booth Kyler greeted us and served us water. We were not ready to order so we asked for a few minutes longer. After perusing the menu, I decided on a bowl of wonton soup and it was written underneath that it serves up to 4 people. My friend ordered Orange chicken with a side of fried rice. However when my soup arrived it was in a small cup size bowl and I mentioned to our server that I expected a larger bowl. I did not even inquire about the price. Kyler apologized and brought me a full size bowl of wonton soup and told us the small bowl was on the house. Thank you for that Kyler. I appreciated the gesture. However being that I am Asian and had many wonton soup before this wonton soup tasted mediocre at best. The broth, the wonton, everything tasted like it came from a container or a jar. The shrimps were small, the chicken were dry despite it being a soup and it can use some more spinach and mushroom. My friend's orange chicken were tasty and portion were good but the fried rice was lacking the texture and flavor. It could've used more soy sauce, and more eggs. I ordered Key lime pie for dessert which came out looking and being more a key lime mouse but it was delicious!! It has just the right amount of sweetness, tartness but I was surprised it was more like a mouse cake rather than a pie. The venue is nice. Decor is nice, ambience is nice. Food I would give it 7/10 but the service made up for it. Kyler was 10/10! Thank you!

We love P.F. Chang's! The food is always great and the service is always really good! Hailey was our server today and her recommendations were perfect for our food and drinks! She's friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu! We highly recommend this restaurant.

I have been to Chang's once when friends invited me to the one at Paris Las Vegas. A friend asked me if I wanted to loin her for lunch and she suggested the PF Chang's on Rampart which is close to me. We met at 1 PM. My first time at this location. We looked at the choose your items lunch specials. We ended up starting with hot and sour soup, she got lettuce wraps with chicken for the main while I got Chang's spicy chicken. For dessert, she got choclate peanut butter cream pie and I got the Key lime pie. The soup was excellent. Rich base with a fine mixture of vegetables and tofu cubes. I had two of her lettuce wraps. She's had them before and she instructed me how to hold them properly. I had the spicy chicken and we both got white rice. The server mentioned that the chicken was a little spicy. When I told her I like a lot spicy, she noted it and said she'd have them make it more spicy. Great server! The lettuce wraps and the chicken were very good. My chicken had some very good zing to it. I had some leftover chicken from the lettuce wraps for lunch today. The lunch specials are a good value and a quite flavorful. The seating is pleasant and I was impressed with the lunch. Having gone by there since it was built, I never stopped. I am glad I went there at my friend's suggestion.

Food taste a bit different than when I order take out. This time unfortunately, the service was very slow during our visit. We waited a long time for our food, and the overall service felt mediocre. The food itself was ok, but the delays really affected the experience.

My first time going to PF Chang's. I sat at the bar & Candace served me. Absolutely amazing service. She recommended a lot of the popular items & everything she recommended was delicious. The Cherry Blossom Martini (is made with gin) with sugar rim is 10 out 10. Food came out pretty quick, service was phenomenal, & food/drinks are great. Will definitely go back...for the food & Candace's service.

Good food, decent service, and when you sit at the bar you usually don't have to wait for a table. Noodles, rice, appetizers, and main dishes are consistently good. Sometimes the Mongolian beef can be a little on the dry side but we began asking for extra sauce on the side so we just end up pouring it over everything. The food portions are generous and we always leave full. Service is ok but sometimes the bartenders disappear to the other side so waiting for refills can happen. In general we like this place.

Always a Las Vegas favorite!! Food is delicious and fresh. Presented on nice platters. Service is 'On Point' and feels very well taken care of. (Tip your server, they work very attentively for us as diners). Beautiful decor and nice restrooms. I will always return. As a Vegas Local, you always have my business and support! Thank you for serving us the best Asian Fusion. I dined at location in Summerlin, Charleston and Fort Apache. See you next time

The restaurant week menu had 4 courses for $60, so it was a great value, but prices are very reasonable regardless. My favorite dishes were the Korean fried chicken and the wagyu skewers (my friend ordered this). They have a robust sushi selection as well, and everything tasted fresh and was prepared with care. So this place fits the daily casual place to eat at. If you're looking for more perfection in dishes, there's tons of other places to line up and pay higher prices for in Vegas. It's located in a small strip mall on W Warm Springs Road, about 8 miles southwest from the W Hotel where I was staying. The décor is simple, with about six tables inside and tables outside for al fresco dining. You go there for the food, not the décor. They offer a tasting menu for two for $190, that is amazing. What's more amazing is the deluxe version for $370. As a solo diner on this occasion, I couldn't avail myself of either so I made my own, three Shigoku oysters ($12), three Oyster / Uni / Foie Gras ($30), U3 Prawn with truffle butter ($40), Truffle Bone Marrow Filet with Foie Gras ($76), two glasses of wine ($14 and $16), and Illy coffee to finish ($4). The three Shigoku oysters were great; the ones with uni and foie gras were sublime! I had a glass of 2024 Touraine Sauvignon Blanc with the oysters. The Truffle Prawn was out of this world! The large prawn was split and grilled with truffle butter. The meat was perfect, and I scooped all of the goodness from the shells and savored each bit. I wanted another order! The Truffle Bone Marrow included two bone halves, topped with sliced medium rare filet and seared foie gras. I can never have too much foie gras! The marrow was so unctuous and combined with the filet and a slice of foie gras, I was in food heaven! It's so decadent and insanely good. I had a glass of District 7 Pinot Noir with the meat. Alas, no room for dessert. If I did, I would have ordered another Truffle Prawn. I ended my meal with a cup of Illy coffee, then headed back to my hotel. Ah, what a meal! Superb from start to finish! The total came to $253.08, including a tip. Highly recommended! Rating: 4.75.

Let's start with the highlights of this place- This restaurant has what I'd call "sexy food"- dishes that look like they came straight out of a fine dining restaurant, BUT here, at a MUCH more affordable price! ESPECIALLY DURING HAPPY HOUR!! ( 11 PM - 3 AM). Here are the MUST TRY's: The Gyoza- AMAZING flavor and texture. (Happy Hour Dish) The Sashimis- All come with a citrusy yuzu soy sauce. I love the Yellowtail and Salmon one especially! (Salmon Sashimi is a Happy Hour Dish) Black Cod Lettuce Wraps- Umami, crunchy, satisfying! Chicken/Beef Kushi- the sauces for these- just WOW! (Happy Hour Dish) The New York Strip- Look at the presentation! Amazing! The side seasoning, the greens and chili threads- they all pair with this beautifully cooked steak very well! They do have pricier dishes- even a full Chef's Tasting Menu! But since I usually just come for a quick bite late at night, I don't really get those. Ambience- it is a small restaurant, but not too busy. I find that a lot of late night workers come here for a nice fancy, but affordable dinner. This place is great for groups of friends. What needs work- I do love the food of this restaurant, but there are some things that hurt it. I'd love to see them overcome these obstacles and turn out even more popular on the other side! The Outside- I'm not sure if it's the sewage or something, but around the corner spot where this restaurant is located, there's just this awful, stinky smell. I feel like that issue hurts the restaurant, especially for people who would want to dine outside. The hospitality- the staff is fast- hard working- efficient and good at their job. I don't have to wait much for my food to come out. But I feel like there is a lack of hospitality- I get the feeling that they're disinterested in you being their guest- I don't exactly feel welcome and it just comes across as they're just trying to get the job done. Closing Time- Happy Hour and Online Apple/Google Maps says this restaurant closes at 3am- however, there have been times where this restaurant stops seating or taking in orders before 2am. So just be aware that you may not be able to eat there if you go past 2. Fried Rice/Yakisoba- The rice and the noodles are great, but there's something funky about the protein. When I've ordered beef yakisoba before, the beef tastes funky- not fresh. I feel like these are strong side dishes, but I do question the freshness/flavor of the protein added to these dishes.

That said, the bao sliders were delicious, the steak tartare was interesting. The pork jowl was very tasty and the short rib looked very good. I did not love the imperial rolls, they had some flavor/spice coming through that I really disliked but others enjoyed them. In addition to the food, the service was great. They took great care of us, and even offered to write happy birthday on the cake we brought in. They did charge a cake cutting fee and cut up our whole cake and served us which was nice. The bibimbap tasted low quality and lacked freshness, the fried chicken arrived soggy instead of crispy, and the rice cakes somehow came out after we had already paid. Everything felt disorganized and poorly managed. The vibe may attract people at first, but with service like this and food that doesn't match the prices, there's really no reason for me to come back.
