Richard arrived in a clean sign-written van and with a big friendly smile on his face. He inspected my boiler and immediately find out what was wrong with it. He gave me two options for the fix - a cheaper (less robust and likely to fail in a year or two) and a more expensive one with a a much better outlook. He was honest and transparent when explaining the pros and cons of each option. It was obvious that he did not trying to influence my decision but wanted me to make an informed one. I chose the more expensive but more reliable one and I am quite happy with my decision. The boiler was repaired and serviced and has been working fine since then. I am very pleased with Richard's service. I will definitely use his company again.

That was a big mistake, he rushed doing the work. He left a leaking sink without telling me. He also failed to install a durgo valve for the toilet sealed up boxing and left it. The next day I could smell sewage. I messaged him said he wanted more money I refused. He told he knew about the sink (why did he leave it like that) but would return to mend leaking sink and durgo. He has NOT RETURNED. He has just left it in a total state so that I have to get someone else to repair his botched work. AVOID THIS PLUMBER AT ALL COSTS HE IS A ROGUE TRADER
