They have company policies in place that address a code of conduct, no shows, call outs and replacement staff. I thought a call to the corporate office might help avoid future problems like what we experienced; however, it resulted in more apathy. They only stated "each office is individually owned."

This company was terrible. At first they were ok. I went into the office, went over what I was…read morelooking for and what wasn't. Communication was horrible from the beginning even though I stressed the importance of me being placed assp. I started at a job and was assigned work that I specifically said I didn't want to do because of a back issue. I mentioned this to a person training me. Apparently he went back and told management and they told Aerotek that they didn't want me back. Jared Young called me and told me this. He told me he had a meeting setup with them and that he had another job ready for me no matter how that meeting went. I must have called and emailed him two dozen times after that he he refused to reply to either. This was totally unprofessiona. I couldn't believe the total disregard for their client's needs. I would not recommend this company and especially Jared Young to anyone seriously looking for a job. I have been at a new job for a month now that I landed on my own and I couldn't be happier.
