Nice people that always went above and beyond for my mother who didn't speak English. I was always concerned of people taking advantage of her in an industry that I didn't know much about. But after years and multiple services I've decided they were consistent at giving her a good value. They had better deals on tires for her than discount. They had better pricing on body work. They even took her home one time when she needed to drop off her car (I'm pretty sure this was because we were regulars at this point and didn't live too far and someone had the time to do so). read more

The owner, Jerry was extremely helpful in navigating for us an annoying rear-end accident and the insurance company. Caliber Collision (aka Nationwide) recommended only surface-level repairs for about $800 but Jerry took our bumper apart, discovered extensive damage inside and knew that the whole piece had to be replaced. These guys are amazing! Misty helped me in getting my rental set up when both Hertz and Enterprise had no cars available for 2 weeks. She kept calling, probably more times than I did. All the guys were very nice. I was able to spend some time talking to the owner, Gerry, who is also awesome. There was damage along the whole right side of my car, so it took a few days longer than originally expected. While State Farm covered all but my deductible, they still have me a discount. Now, she is looking as good as new. I couldn't be happier! They even told me to bring her (yes, my car has a gender) back in a month to touch up the wax. She's already shinnier and cleaner inside than when I dropped her off. I really can't sing enough praises about them. read more

Outstanding service and quality work. I had repair work done about 6 months ago, and Jerry came to look at my car to figure out exactly what needed to be done before I ever scheduled the service so when I took it to the shop, the work was completed (beautifully) within hours. Unfortunately the car was rear ended a few weeks ago; took it back and Jerry and Misty could not have been more helpful. Handled every detail with the insurance company. I had a wonderful experience at this shop. The owner Jerry quotes you a far and honest price and goes over every aspect of what your getting with your service. He makes you feel comfortable and that your going to be taken care of at all cost. I had my 2000 SVT Ford Lightning painted there and I couldn't have been more pleased. He stoke the deadline he gave me and kept me in the loop the whole time. A couple of weeks after the completion of my vehicle I noticed a discrepancy in a small area of my fiber glass flatbed cover that was painted. So I took it back to Jerry and his reply was "I am so sorry this happened to you, don't worry though we can totally take care of this issue". Most owners I have encountered would have made excuses or even try to blame a problem on the customer but not Pacific Customs. He repainted my whole flatbed with no short cuts taken. That's great customer service. All of the employees are nice and knowledgeable. I have taken my truck back numerous times now and will continue to do so. read more
