Firstly, my appraisal was way over what I needed it to be which I thought was a good thing. Unfortunately the bank did not like the number the appraiser gave my home and came back with a number that was far below what I needed to refi my home. RPM fought for me on this front, and I was able to proceed with the loan. Then came the next challenge... someone claimed me as a dependent on their taxes and an the IRS informed me that my taxes were not filed. This was news for me. My accountant didn't relay the original message from the IRS, and the loan was pushed further back while waiting for the IRS to process my taxes. Again, RPM stood behind me and did what they needed to do on their end to extend the loan. The team at RPM is fantastic: Ephraim, Ange, and Teresa went above and beyond to make sure my loan happened. Excellent service, and great people. If you are looking for a company that has your back, and has pride in what they do, then definitely choose RPM. I highly recommend this service!
