I can never bring myself to believe it that a business could refuse to follow a court order for so long. I spent endless time and energy during this period and I hope you, whomever reading this review, could save your life and stay away from this company. What's both funny and frustrating is that this is not really a "win" for me - I'm literally just getting back my extra money paid to another provider to clean up Pacific Pest Mgn's mess. I cannot even collect interest because they filed SC-105 when I was out of the town, so the case was automatically closed after 10 days without the typical 10% annual interests (total $237.55). read more

I had put in a request through yelp for local fumigation - I met with Giovanni, he was professional and provided a quick and complimentary walk through/quote. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There were some issues with scheduling and removal of the tent with the company that Pacific Pest contracted with (costless fumigation); ie arriving earlier than noted (1.5hrs without notice), verbal argument regarding our keys (worker would not release our key so we could make a copy at Home Depot), broken light from the roof shingle, dead plants in front of the yard, and removal of fence.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I had to reach out to get these items fixed (light fixture/fence).[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] While the fence was fixed, the light was taped back onto the shingle. The flowers were established prior to tenting and unfortunately did not make it post fumigation. Overall, the job got done but there were minor hiccups along the way. I'm glad the fence was replaced but felt more care could have gone into the plants and light fixture and overall communication. read more

I had recorded what I was hearing and wasn't sure what it could be or how I be rid of it before more damage is caused. Minh was assigned to come over. Initially, I was told to try some things I had already tried. I unplugged all electronics in case it was some electronic static noise. For a moment, it went silent and the sound resumed. I then got a mix of suggestion like getting some vacuum bag and pumping in pesticide myself which was probably not trivial to do on my own (as well as finding a bag that would fit the item in question). I was then told that he could probably just find me a fumigation site and just leave the item inside the site. I'd have to pay primarily for labor to carry it over. I said great, send me a quote. [[HIGHLIGHT]]All this went on well up until this point. I didn't get any quotes. I messaged them a few times. Not sure if I got a Google voice number and these 2-3 messages just got dropped.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]At which point, I didn't feel great continuing business with someone who could not just respond professionally. We have 3 boxes, twice they have either left poison on the concrete near the trash where my dog walks or simply didn't close the box lid so my dog could just open & eat the poison. Both times it was very clear there was a small dog. This is not rocket science. The job is so basic, these are sadistic people. No one in their right mind would be so careless. I specifically told the guy to not leave poison packet bits this time around to be careful. Then he just left the box ajar so my dog could just go in an eat it. And die. We have been using Pacific Pest now for the past 4 years and have been super pleased with them! Over the past month or so, the ants have decided that our backyard was not enough for them and they wanted to reside in our kitchen as well. We called Pacific and they had Christian come out the next business day. Not only did he take the time to listen to us and what has been happening but he carefully looked at all the places in the kitchen to see where they were. He then carefully applied the bait and explained what he was doing and why. Next, Christian sprayed the outside. This was the most thorough spraying of our property that I think we have ever had. After contacting several vendors, we decided to go with Pacific Pest Management to fumigate my parent's home as they were experiencing a termite infestation. They were competitive in their bidding, quick to respond, and we overall felt safe and educated during initial inquiries and communications. It wasn't until contracts were sent over that we realized they contract the job out to subcontractors for the actual fumigation work. This honestly would not have been an issue for us if we didn't experience several major issues during and after the fumigation work including: -Leaving the property unlocked and gate open after leaving the premise for the day. -Damage to the property after fumigation that was not disclosed. -Refusal to pay for said damages despite CCTV evidence and no liability waiver for that type of exterior damage on the contract. While Pacific Pest Management helped to facilitate the discussions between us and the subcontractors, they ultimately forced us to chase the subcontractors for restitution. A process that took over 3 months, with multiple frustrated emails and calls. On an unrelated note, after the termite fumigation, my parents experienced a massive ant infestation which they never had before. Did some Googling, and apparently all the dead termites become a significant food source for ants and attracts them to the home. They were never warned of this, as a heads up would have been appreciated to be able to take proactive measures in advance. read more

I've used this company a couple times for ants and had a good experience. The ant problem was taken care and they were polite, nothing too memorable beyond that. Pacific Pest Management arrived on time and worked throughout the day to thoroughly remove all signs of rodents as well as removing all old insulation and installing new insulation plus setting traps to make sure our house was completely rid of any pests. We moved into a new place about two years ago that seems to always have ants wandering in when the weather changes. As things started to heat up this year, I finally got fed up with trying to fend off the ants by myself. I sent in a request to Pacific Pest Management for an appointment on Saturday and they got back to me on Monday saying they had appointments available the next day. The appointment window was from 11 AM to 1 PM and Kevin came at about 1130. He was really efficient and he sprayed our garage, backyard, house perimeter, and he even got the windows too. Ants were my main concern but he also wiped up some spiderwebs, which was really nice because I'm accidentally walking through webs all the time. They were running a special for $99 for every other month treatments, which was good for my budget too. It was perfect that Pacific Pest Management was able to send someone out so quickly, because it got kind of warm in the days after Kevin came to spray. Every time it gets over 75° It seems like the ants send the whole squad into my house, but the high yesterday was 79° and I did not see any ants at all. I absolutely hate ants, and they cause me a lot of anxiety being all over my stuff, it was such a big relief to not see them! I wish I had pulled the trigger on this sooner! read more
