Because they can and there is nothing we can do about it! You have to ask yourself these questions #1. Should I just ignore what is posted or #2 respond with an explanation that hopefully will shed light as to how wrong, how unfair some people can be when they choose to bash a company on social media. Review #1 Home didn't appraise and the seller blamed us, he got mad gave us an unfair review. Review #2 Jaylee Joy! First off she would not listen to our recommendations on the price of her property or the amount of repairs and deferred maintenance that it was in need of making it hard to finance. She set her price which was way above any price we could get for her property. 2 months on the market with an over priced listing, needing repairs it is now our fault that it didn't sell in the 2 months it was an active listing. This property had been on the market prior to our company listing it and did not produce a buyer or a sale, she felt the need to speck badly about that listing broker too. We did offer to terminate her listing even after we were told she had her own buyer and was trying to go around us, she refused! We have the signed paper work that she signed stating it would be cash. This is so upsetting when a company gets bashed on social media and the owner cannot get the review removed even when the person trying to harm our company or any company can say whatever they want regardless of whether it is true or not. Please, do not believe everything you read on Social Media without knowing the facts! We have all the proof to back up our remarks.

He has been a contractor and developer and really knows his stuff regarding such areas as the architectural design of each property, the potential for appreciation/decline in the property value, the intricacies of the heating, air conditioning, kitchen set-up, etc. In addition, he was a fount of knowledge concerning the immediate neighborhoods of both properties, and the general background of Coos Bay. He has my highest rating as an intelligent, friendly, honest professional!

She ended up rejecting it saying that she had another offer even after we had agreed to accept the sellers counter. A few days later she notified our agent that her supposed deal fell through. Because of her greed wanting to be both the listing and selling agent she almost cost the sale. Unprofessional and scrupulous tactics. Shouldn't be allowed to sell homes.

I messaged through the website, emailed and left a message to set up an appointment to tour the home. 5 MONTHS later, I get a response from her. If this is how she does business, I certainly would never recommend her, not even to my worst enemy!
