the absolute worst customer service ever! Avoid this place if you can. I've been using their oxygen for 6 years. they only deliver supplies 1 time monthly to my area. Just called today to get on the list for next week only to be told they no longer service my area and i need to see my doctor to find another source! I would have to agree with the other reviewer. This company absolutely has the worst customer service on the planet. If you have an hour or two to wait on "hold" give them a call. My husband has a cpap and simply wants to get the readings from the machine. He called numerous times to find out how to accomplish this and each time was bounced around, put on hold and finally disconnected. For a company touting their contribution to better health they simply fail. It has been two years since Libby M. left her review. After two years Pacific Pulmonary has not improved one bit. I am well pleased with this company. I call, place an order and pick up my canisters right here in Fresno. They are always professional and courteous. They usually meet me at my vehicle and carry my bottles, Always a pleasant task. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If there was a way to give no stars I would do it. My elderly mother who is dependent on oxygen 24 hours a day has been with this company for almost 20 years. They recently changed ownership and they are horrible to deal with. She has had weekly deliveries of her oxygen tanks for years but the new policy is once a month deliveries. That means that a dangerous amount of oxygen has to be stored in her apartment which is a hazard. They also won't deliver a set amount and instead require that someone remember to call in several days before the delivery to tell them how many canisters are needed. Furthermore, they refuse to rectify THEIR mistakes when an order was not completed correctly. Today, they were supposed to deliver as specified by phone last week but the order was never made. They didn't show up and my mother ran out requiring her to be confined to her bedroom where her concentrator is located. Rather than fix their mistake by delivering the next day, they informed me that she would have to wait for two weeks. No apology, no offer to resolve the problem other than to require that someone pick up and transport oxygen tanks in their car (a hazardous material being transported by non-trained people which violates haz-mat policy). They also refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor when asked. I fully intend to file a complaint with the BBB and the state licensing authority. In the meantime, consider yourself warned. By the way, many doctors here in town have already heard about these problems and are steering their patients away from this company. I truly hope they are run out of business and that their rude employees find themselves in an unemployment line since they have no business dealing with the public especially medically fragile people. read more
