He…read moresuggested this little local bar away from the tourist destinations near la Seine canal, so I said why not? This is his favorite bar because it's cheap and you can just take your drink and food outside and sit at the park across the street by the river. Espresso (I forgot the French people don't call espresso "espresso", they call it "cafe". Excuse me!!) is only 1 euro, and drinks are about 3-4 euros. You will need to pay a deposit of 1euro if you want to bring your drink outside, but they'll give you back the money when you bring back the cup. At the end of the counter, they have free appetizers like chips and olives which you can take as much as you want. If you are in the neighborhood(but not sure it's worth making a detour), check it out!
