Due to my neighbor's concerns, we agreed the work would stay at the property line--but only three or four branches were removed. After paying $500, I realized very little work had been done. I asked if the quote could be reconsidered, but they refused. To make matters worse, their lift left large ruts in both my front and back yard. They came back to "fix" the front yard, but it was poorly done, and I refused to have them fix the back yard. Debris was left behind, and their lift even broke down and sat in my yard. Paying $500 for a few branches removed and damage left behind is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
