This spa was absolutely wonderful. But to be honest, all great spas are pretty much the same. Great amenities, great spa menu, beautiful location, atmosphere and etc. what really set this one apart was the amazing people here This spa is located in the Hyatt regency on gorgeous PCH. I used to frequent this hotel a lot for their amazing restaurant- Watertable (that's a whole other review) Calling to book the appointment was very easy. I had to put a credit card down (like most spas) my treatment was at 1:15 and the woman on the phone told me I could get there as early as 9 AM to use all the amenities (pool, sauna and etc) When I arrived, Vincent, was working valet and helped me out. He showed me exactly how to get to the spa. (You get free valet parking with your spa service) I will say, the spa is pretty far from the main hotel lobby entrance. It does have nice views and the place is spotless. It is easy to find though. They have tons of signs pointing you into the direction of the spa. Once you get to the spa it's tucked away in gorgeous greenery with a little bridge that takes you over a little koi fish pond When I got to the spa, the girl at the desk was amazing (I wish I got the names of everyone) she checked me in, she asked if I had any allergies, asked if I had any health issues they needed to be aware of and etc. She was on point. She then asked if it was my first time there (it was my first time) so then she immediately paged another staff member to show me around. She gave me the whole walk through, showed me how to use the lockers and everything. She was great as well I did use the sauna before and after my 50 minute massage which included hot stones They had a lovely water station with your typical spa water. They also had a big bucket of ice (which I love having ice. The colder my drink, the better) They also had a tea station. They had honey, cinnamon sticks and other things at the tea station available. Yet you have to go to the desk to ask for the tea bags When I got to the waiting room (relaxation room where you wait to be called for your treatment) they had a lovely set up. Really nice comfortable couches, they had chairs right by the fireplace, they had fruit, they had some baked goods and then I saw the menu for food you can order and they had drinks you could order (food and drinks were for a price. But the little baked goods were free) they had a banana bread and these delicious bars with jam. They also had a variety of nuts, trail mix and etc with little cups you could put them in I had the pleasure of getting Brittney. She was absolutely great. She took me to the treatment room and gave me a minute to get undressed and situated on the table. She asked if the table was warm enough for me. She was great at asking if I wanted light or medium. I told her just to wing it. I did have a LOT of knots in my back on the right side. So she went for it lol. The pressure was at times a little too hard for my taste. But if it makes me feel better in the long run, I don't mind. Plus, I could have told her to lighten up at any time. I really did not want this to end. I felt great afterwards. They had very clean showers They had everything from mouth wash, spray deodorant, hair dryers to use and everything else you'd find at your nice spas. They have a cute little shop where you check in / check out. They had a good amount of different beauty products, jewelry, clothing and other things you'd find at a place like this. The girl who checked me out was great (again, I wish I got the names of everyone) I would 100 percent come back. I'd love to have a girls day here with friends or try one of their facials next time I would have loved to take more photos of the spa, but please remember cell phone use is not for spas. Coming to Pacific Waters Spa was such a treat! The spa is located inside the Park Hyatt Hotel in Huntington Beach. There is a scenic koi fish pond outside the entrance. My masseuse was professional and friendly. I got a 60-min massage and my only complaint was it was too short! The spa itself was clean, beautiful and spacious. There was an indoor seating area and an outdoor garden with chaise lounges. The food was also quite amazing. There were banana breads, tarts, dried fruits, water and tea. I've been to this spa many times and have always loved my service. Andrew is hands down one of the best massage therapists I've ever worked with. His hands are truly magical!!!! I had a headache when I entered the room and by the end of my massage I felt amazing! Truly magical!!!! If this review was just for him I would give five million stars! He's that great!!! After my massage he escorted me back to the sitting room and handed me a glass of water and champagne. My friend had just finished her service and wasn't offered water or champagne. We both had the service that came with champagne. Super bummer to not have even been offered that. She said her massage was great though and that the pressure was perfect, so that was a win!! So why the 3 stars??? And to be honest 3 is generous of me- I was leaning towards 2, but am chalking these mishaps up to the new year and trusting that the spa will improve. Let's start outside- the grounds are well maintained, serene and welcoming. A koi pond with large fish greet you as you enter. Inside two girls greeted me and checked me in. They weren't terribly friendly- but I'm not docking stars for that. Let's head to the back. The front desk gal radio'd for someone to escort me back. Fancy right?! Well it felt fancy until she came out hacking and snorting her snot in true story!!!! I'm a super healthy gal, and I have a strong mindset, but she was so germy I cringed when she touched my locker to open it for me. I didn't love that and while I understand colds happen it felt dirty. I washed my hands and made my way into the bathroom to change into my swimsuit. Inside I was surprised to find that a few of the stalls didn't have toilet seat liners. No problem I thought, I'm sure they are just in the process of restocking. Well when I left around 6pm they were still not restocked. Not sure what that was about. Moving on the whirlpool looked beautiful and I grabbed my kindle and made my way towards it. I took two steps and paused- so much BLACK MOLD I know mold is tough to scrub off, I know moist places are more prone to collecting mold. I get it- but it was awful. Tons of mold around the jacuzzi. You couldn't touch a side without coming into contact with it. It definitely needs to be scrubbed!!!! Redeeming areas: the dry and moist saunas- beautiful and at the perfect temperature. There were freshly rolled ice cold wash clothes available outside of the steam room which was a very nice treat. There is a sitting room with nuts, dried fruit, and some fresh fruit to enjoy while waiting for your service. They also have water and hot tea available to sip on which is nice. The showers are huge and the products smell delightful! Most of the showers were dirty when I went to shower, they hadn't been turned over between prior uses but I didn't mind. I just grabbed a towel and made my way into one. The spa offers disposable shower caps and razors if you need them. Be mindful the razors will slice you so don't press hard at all. Once I was done showering I got dressed and checked out. All in all I will return because it's local and you can't beat all day pool access! The spa in my opinion needs a lot of work to be worthy of the prices they charge. I'm happy to spend my money places that actually leave meaningful impressions. Outside of Andrew and the location this wouldn't be one of my top places to visit for a spa day. There are many excellent options nearby. Visited the spa today with a group of girls to celebrate my sister's wedding. My massage was good, but overall experience was lacking. I was told they would bring us champagne (never happened), the steam room was out of order, and they included a 22% gratuity that you cannot adjust. I asked because I did not think the experience was worth 22%. How in the world can a gratuity be enforced? They ALSO give you space to add a gratuity on top of the 22% which feels sneaky. I had a bachelorette spa day at Pacific Waters Spa with my girls! I wanted to come on a weekday so it was less busy which worked out perfectly. My maid of honor was able to book massages and facials for 10 girls to receive their 50 minute treatments within 3 hours. You get to use a locker with a digital lock and borrow a robe and sandals. The locker/changing area is spacious and clean! Unfortunately due to covid, the indoor sauna and indoor hot tub were closed! We had the little lounge area to ourselves while we waited for our treatments. The weather was a little chilly outside, but the lounge area has a nice fireplace along with your big comfy robe. There's a small outdoor patio with 2 seats. Christine did my first ever facial and she was great. She didn't try to push any sales or extra charges on me which was nice. Each massage/facial is in a separate room with a closed door, dim lighting, smooth music and a heated bed! I felt relaxed and rejuvenated! Nobody had any complaints about their treatments! All treatments were done in a timely manner as well. Once you're finished, you receive a glass of champagne and a cup of water. When all of us girls were done, we were able to leave the spa in our robes and grab food/drinks at the pool and use the outdoor hot tubs which are in a more private, quiet location than the pool! The hot tubs are also facing the beach, but it's not the greatest view. The food was pretty good and I enjoyed my pina colada! After our dip in the hot tub, we all used the spa showers which was perfect for everyone to get ready and change for our next bachelorette activity! There is 1 giant shower that I was able to use! It appeared clean and all showers had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, shaving cream and an essential oil spray to spray in the shower! Towels, shower caps, razors, and combs are also provided. As someone who has visited numerous full-service spas on a few continents, I was excited to try this one. I'm happy to share that I was pleased. With the exception of one particular Facilities Assistant who appeared to be battling depression or simply didn't want to be at work, the staff was very friendly, the therapists and aestheticians were qualified & accommodating and the facilities were nice. Unfortunately they are going through Renovations at this time (July 2023), so the steam room and sauna were out of order. Additionally, they swapped the men's side with the women's side, so I'm unable to give feedback on what the women's side looks like. The private bath is very nice and had the perfect temperature. The downside is that the bottom is flat, so it feels like a deep kid's pool in the front yard in that you cannot anchor yourself and will slide around alot. Also, there's an in-room shower to rinse after the soak. Finally, the only true negative is the A/C blowing very strongly in one of the treatment rooms. It's quite difficult to relax the muscles and not tense up when cold air is blowing on your body. The Therapist advise that they were unable to adjust it, so she covered me with a thick blanket which offset the cold. The facilities should address this to ensure that the customer's muscles remain malleable, which reduces the amount of effort that the therapist must apply and prevents additional body aches from extreme muscle kneading. My first ever massage + spa package - felt SO relaxed and loved all the amenities Booked the celebration package ($270 with tip): 50 minute basic massage, champagne, $40 food voucher, and unlimited access to all amenities + pools for the entire day Came at 9 for my appointment and valeted the car (included) and was given a robe + locker + tour of the amenities in the spa which included changing rooms, restrooms, showers, sauna, steam room, and hydro pool (my favorite part - think mega hot tub), waiting lounge When it came time to my massage, there was a scheduling problem and I had to come back at 1 pm instead of 9:30. Luckily I already planned to stay all day so it wasn't an issue. They offered me a free glass of champagne for the inconvenience. In this time I checked out all the amenities, hotel pools and hot tubs, for lunch at Pete's (see my review for Pete's!) at the hotel and just relaxed. It was my first massage and she did great to make sure I was comfortable and pressure was okay. She used hot stones, oil, hot towels, and was overall a really enjoyable experience. Made sure to check out every pool and hot tub on the Hyatt property and it was beautiful. Truly the best way to spend my day off. Worth every penny! First time here and the experience was amazing! The spa is in a great location right on PCH, near shopping, fine dining and of course, the beach! The spa itself is inside the Hyatt Regency hotel so I had to valet my car (only option for parking but spa validates). The people at the front desk were so nice and welcoming. Once I checked in for my massage appt, another person gave me a short tour of the spa facility and amenities. You receive a locker, comfy robe and slides. Water with lemon or cucumber is available. I was scheduled for the 50 min pacific massage which was decently priced given you have access to a lot of amenities including the hotel pool. Sivi was EXCELLENT, I felt instantly relaxed. She also offered me champagne at the end. I utilized the steam room and showers (both were super clean). I plan to come back in a couple months; definitely book your spa days here! read more

But had opportunities to tour female side in private viewings. All is opulent as to be expected from Hyatt. Management and staff are on top of things! Sparkling clean lockers rooms, restrooms, steam rooms, dry saunas, etc. Check out the "hidden gem" -- an intimate, co-ed back patio! Personally, I can attest to the efficacy of the men's whirlpool. Two stars for the beautiful facilities and ambiance. Customer service was not good and steep pricing for what you get. Spa called a day before my appointment date to say the masseuse we requested was not available and if I preferred a different treatment, change dates or cancel. I asked if a different masseuse could be scheduled and Aloha said no. She then said to call her back on what we decide. I then looked online to book The Pasea and an hour later, Aloha said she found someone. Why wasn't an alternate masseuse offered as an option before calling me? During my facial, I was told I couldn't receive the treatment peel I ordered because my skin was dry. So for $200, it was just creams and more time massaging my shoulders and hands. My guest asked for the upgraded foot treatment to her massage which was $25 more, but cuts into the 50 minutes of the massage time. Not worth it. My guest did not receive her champagne and after waiting a long time we had to go to the front to request it...twice. Lastly, a 20% 'service charge' is added AND they still add a gratuity line for an additional tip. Our two treatments were just shy of $500. Service before and during appointment was bad and the treatments not worth it. Lastly, I receive a call from the spa manager stating we were exposed to someone at the spa that tested positive for COVID. read more

I came here with my sister. It's located at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Huntington Beach. We got our spa pass from resortpass.com It's was $55 and was a great deal. The pass gave us full access to the suana, steam room, jacuzzi, showers and sitting rooms indoors and oudoors. It also came with a discount on valet parking $15 instead of the standard $25) There were additional services you could book for an additional cost. We didn't indulge ourselves in the services: facials, baths, and massages. They were a bit pricey. The reception was very welcoming. Their team members were,friendly, helpful and attentive. We were given a tour of the facility and assigned our own locker as well as a robe and sandals. The spa provides shower caps, soap, shampoo, conditioner, blowdryer and even a disposable razor. Inside the sitting room, there is fresh pumpkin loaf to consume, fresh fruit and hot tea. They also keep water with lemons and cucumbers slices available to drink. We thoroughly enjoyed our spa day. The training that the technicians undergo is quite intensive and specialized and they offer BR facials as well as body treatments. I got the HydroFacial with Sarah and it was an incredible experience. I have never gotten a facial before and Sarah was very helpful in teaching me what my skin needed and what she was using to help it. I was so grateful for her expertise. When I looked in the mirror after the facial I was blown away by the results. My skin was absolutely glowing. I was so happy I booked another appointment on my way out. Giving 4/5 stars because the spa itself is pretty small. I am used to Korean day spas which have lots of different sauna rooms. This spa only had a steam room, dry sauna and a jacuzzi tub. I just came back from a recent visit to California and spent the day at Pacific Waters Spa, it was fabulous! I hadn't had a facial in years and asked Diana, the esthetician who helped me, what would be the best facial for someone who hadn't had one in a while and who doesn't get one often and she recommended the hydrafacial. It was amazing! I could feel the lotions and serums penetrating my skin and it felt so luxurious. As for the results, I was glowing, so much so that the first words from my boyfriend once he saw me was "You're glowing." How is that for results! The rest of the spa was great too with a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, etc. as well as the rest of the hotel. Welcome to my life! - LOL For Christmas, a friend bought me an a annual membership to the Pacific Waters Spa at the Hyatt Regency in Huntington Beach. I have been to the spa before, but its been a long time. In addition, I have stayed at the hotel before when I was having some work done on the house, and I had a good experience. She couldn't let me enjoy the spa by myself, so she arranged for a couples massage room ($195/ each for 80 min massages). Regarding the ambiance, the spa has a nice sized jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna. Additionally, there are lots of snacks and drinks to consume before and after your treatment. Lastly, there are indoor and outdoor relaxation areas to chill. The only things missing are a four sided shower, a cold jacuzzi, and a boardshort spinner similar to the spas at the Ritz Carlton in Laguna Niguel & the St Regis in Monarch Beach: 4 Stars. Likewise, my masseuse Beth was very good. She spent a lot of time on my long muscles. I was so relaxed, I took two naps before I went to bed later. The only downside was she didn't spend any time on my head and feet: 4 Stars. I look forward to using my membership frequently. Yeah, the services are way more compared to Chinese Massage. There's something to be said about having a girl's day at the spa. Pacific Waters Spa is located inside the Hyatt Regency Resort and Spa Huntington Beach. It is a lovely spa with separate quarters for men and women. We had some Travelzoo vouchers to redeem in preparation for our little spa day. Upon check-in, we were escorted inside for a quick tour: locker room, relaxation area, changing rooms, bathrooms, showers, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and treatment rooms. This spa is what I would deem as relaxation worthy. Our group arrived an hour before our appointments to spend some extra time in the spa. After changing into a fluffy robe, I went into the steam room and found it to be a little too intense so I wound up in the sauna before heading into the jacuzzi. They can spray essential oils into the steam room which can help. When I was there, they used eucalyptus oil. We were offered cold juices, flavored water, coffee, or tea in the beverage station. Inside the relaxation/ waiting room, they had snacks like muffins, bars, and trail mix available. The seats were comfortable and the atmosphere was serene. My masseuse was a very nice lady who kneaded my muscles like a champ. She gave me a 50-minute Swedish massage that included hot stones which was fantastic. Afterward, I met the girls in the lounge area and asked for my complimentary glass of champagne that was part of the Travelzoo deal. We enjoyed our champagne and I went to use the showers in the spa. Let me just tell you that the giant shower in the far stall is heavenly. There were nozzles pointing in all sorts of directions and it was awesome. They have complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotions for you to use. There's a large mirrored area for you to dry and style your hair. They have seats for you to sit and do your makeup. It was great. I was happy we could all get ready at the same time so we wouldn't be rushed. I was pretty relaxed upon leaving Pacific Waters and it reminded me that I need to take more time for myself everyday if not at least once a week. Parking is valet only and you can have it validated at the spa for 4 hours for free. If you have an appointment, then you can use the spa and pool area all day if you want. read more

One of the most beautiful spa facilities we have ever been too, it's huge with a nice coed outdoor patio, very relaxing and pleasant. The relaxation room is very cozy and welcoming with a fireplace. The salon is very spacious, I had mani and pedi treatment with gel colors. Not too many gel color choices, but the ones they had were very pretty. The nail technician was very gentle and thorough, loved her service. I'd have had my hair and makeup done too, but it was late afternoon, stylist left already, bummer. I used Resort Pass and got a day pass to the spa for $55. It was just what I needed! A soak in the jacuzzi, relaxing in the sauna and steam rooms, and ending with a long shower in this GIANT shower they have with great shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. They even had free single use razors, and aromatherapy to mist in the shower to really relax. The best part for me was that they had a robe that fit me! I'm a plus sized woman, and most places do NOT accommodate that. Happy to say Pacific Waters does (4XL!!) making me feel just as special as the other ladies there :) I'll be back when I need another day of relaxation. read more

My friend and I came here for a relaxing spa day and it was really was amazing. We got food and drinks before our massages and then after our massages we relaxed in the jacuzzi for a while and then in relaxation room and then finally in the steam room. After we enjoyed our day we took showers and got ready for dinner. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The one less star is for my massage therapist Sakura. She talked the entire time It's very difficult to relax when you're trying to answer questions and not be rude but she really needs to zip it especially for the cost of the massage. It seems from other reviews, this is a a common complaint with her. She was very nice but it's not a socialization time, it's a relaxation time. What a great experience at this beautiful spa! It is just the right size and has all the amenities one could want (hot tub, steam room, sauna, showers with all the necessities, fruit, hot tea & water of course. I got the Pacific massage (Swedish massage) with the foot scrub & scalp massage add on. I wouldn't get the foot scrub again because it was a little painful tbh. Scalp massage totally worth it though. It's important to know that the Pacific Massage is pretty light pressure, which is relaxing, but if you're looking to really get the knots out, you'll need to book the therapeutic one. I did enjoy the warm stones the therapist incorporated. That was pretty nice. It's on the pricey side so I would return if they are running a promo (which they were having a 15% off at the time of my service). $210 is regular price but with the discount it was $178. Compared to Glen Ivy at $145, I'd say the extra $30 is worth it for the environment. Glen Ivy has become a little ghetto, imho. read more

We had the most amazing girl's day out here a few weeks ago. For a package price we were able to book massage or facials, enjoy an amazing 3 course lunch at a private table with champagne, get valet parking and get access to the facilities to include the pool! It was such a deal considering everything we got and I wouldn't hesitate to come back here for another special reunion. Here are some notes: ***The spa facility is gorgeous and top notch. From the pristine changing rooms, wet & dry sauna's to the hot tubs everything is lovely. ***There is fruit infused water in the spa area but don't forget to check out the snacks in waiting room for services. I had some sort of a breakfast bar/cookie that had oatmeal/fruit in it and it was divine. One of my friends had a muffin that she loved and I wish I had room to try a fresh trail mix. ***The Eucalyptus spray: It's in the hot wet sauna and if you spray a little extra on the floor the oil aerates and is so healing! ***My massage was relaxing and fantastic. My masseuse was an ex-nurse and she not only knew how to fix what ailed me but she also suggested an herbal thing I could get from Mother's Market. ***The people were so nice and everyone went out of their way to help us have a perfect day. ***For our package that included lunch, we had options for where we wanted to eat. They have the most gorgeous spa grotto but that doesn't have tables. We didn't want to have a nice lunch on our laps so the tables by the koi pond were perfect. It felt private enough that we could lunch in our robes and they even brought out an extra umbrella to protect us from the sun. I think we'll definitely be back for another girl's day. We may go sans package and just book ala carte services....the lunch is a ton of food and we can get a bottle of champagne on our own dime at the pool next time;) read more

I visited Pacific Waters Spa for the first time yesterday to celebrate my bachelorette party. I got the "SoCal Spa day" $399, which included a massage and facial. I was kind of nervous because I had read the reviews the night prior to my visit. I have to say I was very impressed by the spa and had no negative experiences at all. We were welcomed in by staff, they handed us our sandals and a lady showed us around the spa area and took us to our locker. The indoor jacuzzi was open and it was fantastic because it happened to be raining. I had my massage first, the waiting area is nice. Quiet, plenty of paces to sit and they had a fireplace going, water, apples, and some nuts and dried fruit in little individual packages. Tabitha was my massage therapist. She asked how I wanted the pressure and asked what points I needed worked on. The massage was so relaxing and the head massage she gave me at the end was amazing!! She was really great. Next came my facial appointment, done by Christine, she was super nice. She explained what product she was using, what it was for, and educated me as she went. She was the nicest and made my facial experience so wonderful! After our treatments we went back to the waiting room where someone came by with a cup of water and a glass of champagne. The amenities are wonderful, everything looked clean and well stocked. They have a couple changing rooms, bathrooms, and showers. There were clean towels to use. The shower area had razors and shower caps. Their body wash, shampoo, and conditioner smelled amazing. They even had a eucalyptus spray to use in the shower and it was so relaxing. They also have a large counter with a blow drier, lotion, bottom balls, Qtips, hair spray, and mouth wash. At checkout they did include 20% gratuity, however she was very clear that we could change the amount. We opted to tip our technicians in cash and they removed the gratuity services and checked us out! Zero problems with that and no added fees for any services we didn't use. Great location for spa day. The only issue I had was how expensive it was but I guess its worth it every so often. Theres also a $95 service fee they add on which isn't disclosed during booking so beware. read more

My dear friend gave me Groupon gift certificate for my birthday for the Pacific Waters Spa. It included a 50 minute massage or facial, valet parking, and a glass of champagne, with full day access (9am - 6pm) to the gym, hot tub, steam room, and sauna. Started at 9am at the gym. The gym is well equipped and so clean (my first time on a Peleton :-) After a good workout, had a wonderful massage with Andrew. He really took the time to listen to my "pain points" and had a most wonderful full body deep Swedish massage, including hot stones. Highly recommend the massage and Andrew - very professional and felt like "buttah" after. Spent the rest of the day in their provided soft cozy robes taking advantage (over and over) of the massive hot tub (great jets!), perfect temperature steam room (with scented iced cloths...ahhh), and massive showers. Oh, and the shower eucalyptus mist....another ahhh. Also a lovely cozy sitting room with a fireplace and healthy yummy snacks (the zucchini bread and fruit bars were delicious!) Took a break outside in the sun to enjoy the glass of champagne, served by the lovely spa attendant (sorry I can't remember her name but so very sweet). Went on a Wednesday and not crowded so made it all that more special. Can't recommend enough, solo or with a good friend. Cheers! read more

It's been a week since I scheduled my massage with this location. I found a deal on Groupon and wanted more details so I contacted the spa directly. I inquired about add-ons and how much a deep tissue upgrade would cost. The lady insured me that when I checked in I could get more information so I didn't ask any further questions. I was really excited because Covid has shut down spas and it's been about a year since I had one. I wish I could say this experience was five star but it was not. I've been to a lot of spas and had previously worked at a spa so I know what to expect from a higher end service like this and I was actually kind of disappointed. When I checked in a lady with white shoulder length hair, I can't even say greeted me, stared at me as I walked up to the counter. Not sure if it's because I looked younger or if she was just having a bad day. She didn't ask what I was therefore , i had to tell her I am checking in for a service and introduce myself. She handed me a piece of paper didn't bother handing me a pen or telling me What I was signing. I know it's my job to read when I signed it but I assumed it was a Standard service waiver to sign. Luckily I had my own pen and continued to sign. She walked me to the locker room area and gave me the shortest, rushed tour. Didn't bother asking if I needed anything and then walked out. Again I tried to not let this bother me as I was really coming here to relax. I got all settled in and sat in the relaxation room and my massage therapist came and got me. She was a really sweet lady. Unfortunately she talked for about 20 minutes of my 50 minute massage. I tried to make my answers to her questions short enough so that she would pick up that I was trying to relax. Eventually she stopped. She walked me to the relaxation room and I sat there to decompress for a little bit. As I was sitting there trying to relax another lady came through giving a tour to a separate party and was so loud. It was not relaxing at all and there was no attempt to even whisper. Kind of surprised but oh well. This is just my experience. I got dressed and went to check out at the front desk. The lady who checked me out was super sweet and asked how everything was. I was so taken aback by my whole experience I just wanted to leave. She could tell that I was flustered and asked what was wrong, I didn't want to get into it. So she printed off my receipt went over it with me and I noticed that there was a charge for a therapeutic some thing. It was about a $15 additional charge. When I asked what this was she said that I had gotten a deep tissue massage. I looked up at her confused because I didn't book a deep tissue massage I had only booked what the Groupon was for. The issue wasn't the price, it was that I wasn't informed of this add on and I was in more pain coming out than I was going in. She was kind enough to remove it as I had only booked what the groupon was for and the lady who initially checked me and did not go over my services. I've been in pain since and have actually needed to schedule an appointment with my chiropractor because I've been in a lot of pain. Again this was just my experience. The facility was nice and the location of the spa was beautiful. It's unfortunate that this was my experience but it happens. read more

This spa is a gem, from the minute you get there to check in the staff was very welcoming. The spa was very clean and had great amenities. I first had a great massage and lunch at the pool then ended with one of the best facials I have ever had I highly recommended Diana if you ever go she was fabulous with explaining which was the best facials for my skin. She then did her magic and left me to relax. Thank you for the great experience I will be back. Bravo to all the staff at this spa customer service was fantastic. read more
