He turned my dilapidated mid-century modern Into a work of art. All four roofs were crumbling. He quoted me a very reasonable price, And as we went through the process of replacing the roof, he gave me options about replacing other things that they found. Artem ended up replacing all the roofs, built a roof deck on one of them and constructed the door that led into the house. He also built an apartment in our unfinished garage with a custom staircase, going up to a trap door that he cut into the floor he designed, and then installed a custom-made oak hatch that provides access to the finished space below. He was very good at both executing the job and working with me to create a bigger vision for the house. His team of veteran roofers were efficient, polite, and worked well under Artem's direction.
