You cannot print from your own device and are forced to use their single computer, which creates long lines. I paid six dollars and forty-two cents but was unable to print my document. If you try to send your document through their email system, you're often told you must return the next day to pick it up. It feels like they intentionally removed the photocopying machine just to force customers to spend more time and money on their computer. Many people, especially older customers, cannot remember their email passwords because they're saved on their phones or home computers. This setup makes the whole process unnecessarily difficult. The customer service was also very poor. One staff member stared me down and made me feel unwelcome the moment I walked in. This experience was frustrating, inefficient, and disrespectful. I came from Los Angeles and was truly shocked by the level of service at this location. I apologize for that! Let's focus solely on your positive library experience. Here's a direct take: I went to the library in Champaign to print documents, and I was blown away by the kindness of the staff. They helped me connect everything, and I ended up printing 5 pages for only 6 cents! It was affordable, easy, and a genuinely pleasant experience. The manufacturer wasn't any help to I looked for authorized repair companies and found Lazer's Edge. The lady who answered the phone was very polite and transferred my call to Dustin. Dustin gave me more ways to troubleshoot and really went above and beyond to fix it without coming almost 400 miles to my location. He did end up having to make the drive, but it was worth it. He fixed it with professionalism and gave us tips on how to keep it in good shape. I would totally recommend Lazer's Edge for service and value!

When she was giving us the information on the office cart, she never did say we had to order it and that they dont keep them in stock. We get to the register and then we find out from the cashier that bit of information. The cashier was a total airhead and you could tell she only stood behind the counter because she couldnt answer any question you asked her. It seems the items we were looking for were scattered over four isles when they shouldnt have been. The store was clean but just very poor in my opinion. Hire some more employees! Every interaction I was treated with friendly, helpful, and very timely communication. While I was researching Martin Graphics I reached out to other customers and every one I have spoken with about Martin Graphic's service has only had glowing things to report.
