A solid find in Neosho, Missouri. While the exterior is not much to look at (especially when there are no cars parked outside) lunch time was busy, with several folks who appeared to be locals enjoying the lunch menu. The inside is larger than the outside suggests; the dining area was tidy and ambient. I ordered and loved the cashew chicken dish and the crispy spring roll that came with it. The menu was varied, with more authentic Thai options and some less authentic options for those not wanting to go whole hog (see: Cashew Chicken, crab Rangoon, fried rice). For Thai lovers who are all about amping up spice levels, you may be able to request dishes spiced to your liking - this place looks authentic enough that they could probably roll with that type of thing. I'd say Pad Thai is on par with Lulu's in Kansas City, which is a personal favorite. read more

Was much better before the owners changed. The atmosphere is lacking for sure, and the portions have been steadily shrinking in the past couple of years. Even the menu used to have more options, but they've cut back. Best Thai Food in Neosho for sure, but if you are better off making the trek to Joplin. I used to go here weekly and now I barely look at it when I drive by. It has fallen off the list of go-to date night restaurants because we are both always hungry afterwards. Besides that, the food is pretty good, but their "spice levels" are basically random. Better then the Magic Noodle in Joplin, being that there are more portions given and generally lower prices. If you are craving some Thai food, this is the place to go. I have eaten here twice. It is so good. My fiancè got the Tilapia and I got the Pad Thai. The first time I had the cashew style with chicken. OMG. Great food. Huge portion for lunch. I recommend the chai tea. Staff is great. Dining area clean and causal. Wonderful place. I plan on numerous trips to try everything!!! It all sounds so good. Very dirty. Stains and food on tablecloth, dust hanging from lampshades, ect. The food storage area outside the kitchen looked unclean. The food seemed ok... (aside from questionably shaped shimp)...much better than I expected after noticing the overall lack of cleanliness while waiting for the food. Last time I was here it was much nicer (furniture, atmosphere, cleanliness, etc). Perhaps new owners/management? read more

I wholeheartedly agree with those praising the food and service at Pad Thai. I generally get the signature dish here, and it's fantastic. I've also had a couple curries, and they were also top notch. The service is so friendly, they invited my party in one day when they weren't even open! The only complaint I can muster is to say that the Tom Yum soup was a tad salty the time I tried it. Doesn't look like much until you walk in. Phad Thai and Shrimp Fried Rice were excellent. The wait staff was friendly. Portion six was good. It's about 6 miles off the highway and we passed plenty of other Asian food joints, but I'm glad we did. read more

I prefer to come for lunch because their specials are great and very affordable (include a spring roll which is a must have). Great place for lunch or a lunch meeting but the atmosphere is a little lacking, so not a place I would consider for a date spot. read more

This place really resembles a hole-in-the-wall type restaurant but the food is great! They also just got new menus which look much better than the old ones that were falling apart. The flavors are unique and somewhat sweet. All in all a good experience with friendly staff read more
