They listen to your complaints and take it seriously trying to change what they have done wrong. If you ask for rice, beans, and meat they will make it for you. The staff is always trying to please you. Considering I have come here since I was small, I can say that when I hear the name Abelha Gulosa, I only think about soup, which isn't pleasing to me. Off course they don't only have soup though, they have a variety of food. I don't write reviews for a living, not a food critic, and I don't normally write much so I'm done.

My one compliment. The food was good…read more Now, everything else was horrible. The bakery HAS air conditioning yet it was almost hotter in the place than it was outside. This type of environment does not stimulate an appetite. The noise level in there was off the charts and the odd part is that most of the racket was from the staff. They were changing the buffet over from breakfast to lunch. They were scraping, slamming, and throwing things around. All were clearly in a bad mood. Our waitress was very rude and off putting as well as the man working the register. He said nothing to you, no smile, not even a "thank you" after paying and walking out. This place has alot of potential but unfortunately it was a flop. The noise and the rude staff make this a place I'll never go to again while living in Brazil. Also, everything there is way over priced. This may be due to the fact that its in Cambui, but still........thats no excuse. Avoid this bakery.
