The problem arose after they left, I noticed that they had made indentions in our hardwood floors with the dolley they used. I spoke with them about this and they assured me they will make it right. However, I have not been able to get anyone to send me a damage claim form, nor has anyone offered to look at the damage. If they do make this right I will definitely change my rating because I was very satisfied until I saw this damage. Accidents do happen and we'll see what kind of business they are. They also provide a 26-foot long truck which was more than enough space for my 1br/2ba 1,100 sq ft apartment. I asked several questions which were answered promptly and professionally. It was not until the items were in their truck that they said they "FORGOT" to include an additional fee for the fridge. They would have charged me more - but since there was damage to my home they decided to forgo. However, they did not repair the damage THEY caused. In addition, the crew was estimate to have 2 trips. We needed 3. (My furniture was less than in the walkthrough with my estimator.) I still have items they did not bring over from the trips! I do not recommend this "moving" company. They do not know how to estimate (and if they are wrong they will add to the final bill - if they don't damage your home.)
