The painters did a decent job on the seemingly hard parts, like windows, but unfortunately used personal cell phone light in basically no light to paint the walls because the windows were still taped over. When the protective window covering was removed, the walls disaster was revealed. This situation could have been avoided by proper supervision of both the owner and the GC, neither of which occurred. When I inquired about this situation, the owner stated he doesn't have time to bid new jobs if he stayed and supervised his employees. He also indicated that every trip to attempt to fix the mess would take money out of my paint budget. I completely understand paying extra if I decided I wanted additional things done, but having to pay for the mileage and hours for trips to fix the mistakes that were on them? Every day for the past two weeks we have found new areas that were not finished and have had to finish the job ourselves. It's disheartening to pay the amount of money we did for the quality of work we received on a brand new home. Therefore, I cannot in good faith recommend this company.
