When I called on Wednesday afternoon you told me that the parcel had only just been collected - which turned out to be untrue anyway. After no replies from you and being unable to contact you by email or phone ALL DAY TODAY I have spent the last 5 hours personally chasing courier companies Temando and Courier Please to find the parcel - only to discover that it had been finally collected THIS MORNING AT 11:19am!! How could you not notice that this hadn't been done considering the delivery information on your website?! I needed these headphones today for my partners birthday on the weekend - I thought that purchasing a product on Tuesday with a delivery schedule of "Next day" would be a pretty safe order. With the presence of AusPost Express Registered Post Parcels and multiple same day courier companies, this shouldn't be that hard! But instead, thanks to this poor service, my partner now has no present - his surprise is now ruined as the package won't arrive until Tuesday next week...!! I can't even contact you to arrange a new express same day delivery today and have the current in-transit package returned to you! This is just shocking customer service! Prior to this issue I was very happy with the product offering at Le Creme and was considering further purchases as I prefer to support Australian suppliers. At this point I never intend to purchase again, and will recommend friends and family to look elsewhere.

The warehouse shop has both prepackaged produce and bulk bins, and a few extra things like nut milk bags, Spiral Food products, and coconut products (soap, jams, spreads). If you buy online they will have your order waiting for you to pick up, or you can request to pick up from their farmers market stall.

They "attempted" to deliver (but didn't), and are now asking for additional payment for the second attempt. When I was arguing with them, they canceled my order (as they said). I made the second one, they haven't delivered it either! Now I'm down by almost 1000 AUD, but nothing has been delivered. Total scam! UPD October 24. How convenient is it that I cannot respond to this response? That is why I am writing it here. My niece was at home, as well as her roommates. Her number is operating; she did not have any incoming calls or messages! My funds, indeed, returned to my account, especially after I contacted my bank and asked to cancel the second pending transaction. However, the currency exchange fee (obviously) was not returned to me! (And for some reason, it was quite high) Another outrageous thing was that after I contacted you on Saturday, you assured me delivery would be on Sunday! Without notifying us, "your boss" told you not to fulfill the order for no reason (and I am not so sure that it is legal without specific reasons). As a result - no delivery happened, both weekends were spoiled, waiting for your delivery person to come!
