The place was clean with good amount of washers and dryers. They do sale products in vending machines on site. They also have dry cleaning and wash and fold services. The soda machine vending machine was broken. Took change but did not give soda. read more

Clothes don't come out smelling the best. It's tidy and clean with good staff. Ample parking and plenty of space to fold clothes.

Dark stain on men's suit treated and totally removed! I thought it was ruined. Never knew what caused it.

What a turn around! We used Paducah Cleaners a year ago with outstanding results! We dropped off 25 lbs of laundry yesterday, and picked up 15 today. There were some very conspicuous items missing. They attempted to shift blame to us, offering the possibility that me might have misplaced our laundry. They even went so far as to suggest we check all of our vehicles. They simply were not willing to entertain thought of error on their part. Paducah Cleaners will certainly clean out your wardrobe! read more

No worries or concerns here. This place is fairly new and definitely above average. Very clean for 24 Hour place. Indoor security cameras plenty of seating, great lighting and folding stations / tables. A big screen TV with the remote, very clean bathroom, a utility sink with hot and cold running water, laundry carts that actually work. This laundromat is clean and bright with all new machines that were reasonably priced. The machines took credit cards or quarters which was very convenient. The washers had long cycles which really got the clothes clean. The dryers were quick without frying my laundry, even on high heat. This is definitely the nicest laundromat I've ever used. read more

So my friend and I walk in looking for laundry service this afternoon. The snooty young brunette in glasses that was behind thebehind the counter tells us "it's really expensive" as she looks down her nose at us. We didnt ask the price, we asked if you offered the service. Which apparently she didn't feel we could afford. When we asked her how much she, again in a snooty tone said "I dont know, i have to weigh it" well, no shit, sweetheart. Not our first rodeo. We wanted to know how much per pound since she said it was "verry expensive." Imagine how many customers she must lose the owner by judging books by covers. We have lived in several big cities and have always paid a premium for laundry service. This employee needs a lesson in sales and customer service. Perhaps she reacted that way because my friend is black? I cant imagine!! The only reason I am giving 1 star is because we stayed and did our laundry ourselves. The facility was very clean, new machines, and the strawberry blonde attendant on that side was very personable and seemed to put a lot of pride in her work. Give that girl a raise and do yourself a favor and fire the other one. read more

This is a GREAT cleaners! Very nice! Lots of washers and dryers...large and small. Very clean and well maintained. Nice tv area, vending machines...one with food the other with laundry supplies. A very nice laundromat! read more

Was using the card to get the free wash, machine was down and called "after hours help" and was basically told it was my problem and to just use another method. Tried to use the last $2 on the $2.50 machine so we could use the free wash on the big machine since that's what we usually use, card took the free wash on the $2.50 instead. At least the machines work well and aren't as sketchy as the other laundry mats in Paducah. Still wish there was a better place to use than this. read more
