He even said to me STATE NOT dropping this from a felony charge on the date of trial I asked him can they lower it to a misdemeanor-he says NO.! GUESS WHAT!?The State looks at me and sees Plaintiff isn't showing and decides to LOWER THE CHARGE!!!! To Misdemeanor.... I then tell Larry I will only TAKE misdemeanor if and only ifffff I CAN EXPUNGE this off my record. He says to me yes yes yes yes yes you can Seal not expunge. 754.084 stipulates as a FELONY - it cannot be sealed nor expunged???? I HAVE YET TO GET A DAM ANSWERRRRRRR on when I can seal this if it is even possible! The texts state--it's a different statute. The man who set me up Ravi, died two days before case was cleared!EVIL DOESN'T PAY EVER. Karma is a real. ENERGY is real. As I embark on being a lawyer this experience has taught me so much about valuing clients as human people.
