I actually wanted to leave a 5 star reviews because this option was the only one that fit my budget…read moreand Jeff/Laura were so kind. Unlike PODS/cubes they were able to pick up same day. However I had quite a unfavorable experience with Jeff's wife Cindy and Tricia. There are so many moving parts with this...you have the storage company that holds the boxes, Uhaul that provides the boxes, I think they hired someone else to pick up the boxes and then you hire someone else on the other side to deliver the boxes. So I got confused numerous times, not to mention that what it shows when I log into uhaul is different from what they are quoting. When I called to clarify the guaranteed date with Cindy because it has changed from what Jeff has said and was also different from what I could see at Uhaul she exasperatedly told me that I have asked too many questions and I needed to listen up because she was not going to explain it again. She said that I has gone around and around asking all her staff different questions (but I just asked whoever answered...), she was almost yelling at me, saying nobody else has the problems or questions I have and in every other way she could besides saying the actual word calling me stupid. I am a teacher, I graduated cumma sum laude with a 4.0 from college. I am not a stupid woman; I am a single girl trying to do this move by myself which I have never done before. I am sorry if I have "too many" questions, or dont "get it", but being that there are so many moving pieces, I've never done this before, I'm doing it alone, I'm stressed about moving and buying a home (alot of information is being thrown my way) and getting different information from the different ppl I talked to there as well as from Uhaul, all well trying to do this from a different state, I expect more kindness, grace, patience. I have literally never been yelled at in that fashion from a customer service representative nor have I ever been made to cry from one. I would really hate to see how this woman treats someone who is elderly or mentally handi-capped if that is how she treated me from not understanding. I agree, I am confused, but I was not being disrespectful. Who else am I supposed to ask if not the company that is holding ALL my belongings when I see the guaranteed date change? And Tricia casually let me know the day of pick up that one of my boxes was overweight and that I might need to come rearrange things into a whole nother box, after I had hired movers to do all that. The weight was never mentioned and being that the movers loaded it, it never even crossed my mind to pay attention to. She left for the day, leaving me stressed about possibly having to figure out how I was going to manage driving a hour to Pagosa to rearrange the box by myself the day before I flew to South Carolina. When I called the after hours, they let me know that it was fine because the lift was able to take it off the trailer, and that she should have never shared that info with me in the first place. I was excited to leave a 5 star review because I was SO happy to have found this option, but I can't help but be so sad at how I was treated, I hope this is nobody else's experience. I feel legit AFRAID to call if any other questions come up and a customer should NEVER feel that way.

Friends and some FLC soccer players came to the rescue. We never heard a word from Austin.
