The first time was alright but the fish sandwich sold us. Then the 2nd time we drove and no fish at all and trying yet again to give a black business some hope and a try and just now the way that they handled us for a order we ordered...

and picked up was a mess. The person at the counter, then the manager the way they handled the pick up was terrible. To have to have your ID and card and did not say anything and the scene was so not necessary. I know I'm just one person, but I won't be back. Handle your paying customers with more respect. As a business esp local, u have to treat ppl better than that because yall were slow u know u didn't have to make that scene it is never that serious

I had the grilled Cajun persuasion and it was delicious! The only negative is that the fries were a bit soggy but that's a common take out curse. Will definitely be a go to spot.

Our son brought us here and it is bussin! I thought I was back in my college days with the amount of young people coming here to buy food. The customer service is great. The food is cooked to order. There is dining space to inside once you order your food. If you like a twist to your burger or sandwich, definitely come and try theirs. Our son ordered a burger that had Mac n cheese, and pull pork on top with a side of fries and their famous Blue Raspberry Lemonade. My husband and I ordered their shrimp with fries and Strawberry Lemonade. Also, they are expanding to an additional location in Smyrna in January. Check them out!

Paige's Bistro is officially one of my new favorite spots in Austell. From the first bite, I knew this place was serious about flavor. They serve American comfort food with a Cajun twist, and everything I tried was seasoned and cooked just right. The waffles were golden and fluffy, the chicken tenders were crispy and juicy with no dry bites, and the salad was fresh and flavorful. The cheesecake? Absolutely amazing. I also grabbed their lemonade, and it was the perfect finish to the meal. I love supporting Black-owned businesses, and Paige's Bistro is definitely doing it right. Great food, good portions, and a welcoming vibe. I'll absolutely be back, especially with their second location opening soon. If you're in or near Austell, this spot is worth the visit.

Let me start with my favorite thing about Paige's Bistro, your food is cooked when you order it!! I love that. But I also think that overwhelms the staff when they are busy. They seem to get A LOT of delivery app orders. I went in on a Friday at 1115 and although there were only 2 people in there other than me, there were about 5 people there to pick up orders. They already had so many orders that they announced it would be about 30-40 minutes for anyone ordering. There was only 1 girl working the registers and she was so busy working on the orders that myself and another person got out of line to order from the tablet, instead of waiting for her. My food ending up taking about 30 mins. I ordered red velvet waffle and chicken wings. And a kids meal with chicken tenders and sweet potato fries. The best thing was all my food came out very hot. However, I couldn't eat my waffle or the chicken tenders. The waffle was a little overcooked, which made it pretty rubbery and a little difficult to eat. The chicken tenders seem to be breast meat, and unfortunately were overcooked so they weren't really enjoyable. The chicken wings however, were cooked and seasoned perfectly. I'm hoping I just caught them on a bad day. If I'm in the area, I may give them another try. There's plenty of parking and you can eat inside the restaurant, should you want.

Saw them on instagram so i decided to give them a try. It doesn't look like anything special from the outside but the food was good and service was great. Got the chicken and waffles and the shrimp plate . Shrimp breading needs to be improved is my only complaint

Sooo I really love Paige but this time was not too good. The service was all over the place... they kept bringing us the wrong order to the point we just ate the 3rd time what they brought. The wings are always top tier!!! I highly recommend those. The get yo life fries are usually 10/10! This time it was 7/10. The cheesecake was amazing per usually. Small inside but it was clean and parking was plenty and easy. This was my first time at the Austell location, I usually go to her food truck or the Decatur location. I definitely will be back because I know it's usually always good. My first time not having the best experiences.

Don't walk, run to Paige's Bistro. We practically swam there and it was so worth the umbrella and all of the puddles. The food was simply scrumptious! Proprietors, Paige and Craig, look like they love what they do and you can taste it. Their southern food with a dash of cajon flavor was tasty, spicy, finger licking, lip smacking delectably delicious. Chicken was tender and juicy. The fries were crisp with just the right amount of spice. I thought the fish sandwich stacked 3 filets high melted in my mouth. I wish we were staying longer in the area to go back and try everything on the menu. The cherry on top of this culinary delight was the service! Everyone behind the counter was smiling, laughing and making sure their customers were taken care of. They brought our food out piping hot and checked back on us a couple of times just to make sure all was well. Please stop by and try this small business soon!

Paige's Bistro is absolutely delicious! It took way too long to write this review, but better late than never lol. I recently visited again, and it prompted me to finally write a review. They're located in Austell close to downtown Austell. My fam and I went here for brunch one weekend and thoroughly enjoyed it. At the time we went, we decided to dine in. They don't have a huge space, but there are some tables and seating to dine in. The employee was helpful in providing us with recommendations as it was our first time. I will say it did take some time to receive our order, but everything is cooked fresh to order and I think they tend to be pretty busy on the weekends especially with online orders. The most recent time I went, the food came out rather fast and I was pleasantly surprised. Not only did it come out fast, but the food was nice and hot too. My first go around I got the red velvet waffles with chicken tossed in I believe honey hot. Most recently I got the double crunch wings and tossed in the same and it was so good! The one thing I might add is that on the wings, the sauce was a bit overkill as the crunch on the wings weren't fully there due to too much sauce, but it still tasted amazing. The portion sizes are great and you can't go wrong with anything on their menu. Inside is clean and pretty casual. Nothing fancy or anything, but it's nice overall. Definitely check them out if you're ever in the area.

This review is based on an Uber eats order so I can't speak to the service or ambiance, therefore this review is based on the quality and taste of the food. However, it was delivered hot and fresh in a timely manner. I ordered 10 wings in hot lemon pepper sauce, a side of fried shrimp, a side of Cajun Mac, a slice of strawberry crunch cheese cake, and peach cobbler pound cake. If you're looking for well seasoned food that is packed with flavor this is it. Everything tasted top notch and and cooked well. The wings were swimming in sauce which took away some of the crunch but still good. My only critique is that the wings are small, I expected bigger wings since they are breaded. The sauce is slightly spicy and tangy. For me it was the perfect Buffalo wing sauce. The shrimp was also really tasty. I can tell they use some kind of lemon flavor on them. I usually squeeze lemon on all my seafood but the shrimp here was perfect. The shrimp are large, in fact the shrimp was bigger than the wings The Mac and cheese was unlike any Mac and cheese I've ever had. Taste like they use mozzarella which gave it a nice flavor and extra pull. It had a crusty cheese layer on top and lots of butter and a slight spice. The pound cake was covered in syrup from the cobbler, it taste really good, really sweet, and extra moist. It taste more like a sock it to me cake than a pound cake. Finally the strawberry cheesecake was also really good but taste like a basic strawberry cheesecake.

They have their location in Austell and a ghost kitchen in Decatur. I went to their original location in Austell, it is take out only so if you live far be prepared to eat in or on your car. I got the peaches and cream waffle with the hot honey chicken tenders. Everything tasted really good and it was full of flavor. It was a lot of food so I ended up sharing it.

An update: I was craving Paige's because the food is soooo good. I placed an order online and went to pick up but they would not give me the order because the name on my ID didn't completely match the name I put on the order (I put my first initial and first three letters of my last name). So I was refunded for my order; but the employee said I could repurchase the order in person. For some reason there was a price difference and the charge was higher in the restaurant. So make sure when you order online that the name you put in for the order is the exact name that is on your ID. read more

This place took Chicken and Waffles to another level! The food was so delicious! This is a hole in the wall type place: clean, small, cozy. Everyone was super nice, very sweet. OMG OMG OMG beyond my expectations! If I could give this place 10 stars I would. The food combinations and flavors are a dream. I cheated and ordered through Grubhub and now I actually have to dine in to take in the whole experience. The portion size is enormous enough for three people AND my food was still steaming hot upon arrival for the win!!!!!! I ordered the shrimp and grits which is layered in cheese, peppers, potatoes, and red curry sauce. I also ordered a side of cheese eggs that were to die for. Had this spot on my list for a while and while I was in the area I decided to stop in for lunch. I had high expectations for this place due to all of the great reviews I've noticed but was definitely blown away by the food. One thing I can tell you about this place, is that if you want to go to a restaurant and simply care about the customer service and food, this place has it! The space is not IG picture worthy as from the inside, they've kinda converted to takeout only but I guess it doesn't have to be. All of the items I purchased were very good. Fresh, made to order and cooked with love and flavor. Even the fries were top notch. That fish sandwich was huge, very fresh and had a ton of flavor. And the churro waffle!!! Literally if you get this waffle, do not bother to add syrup. It totally does not need it. Restaurants that give you the bare bones business of good food, are the best in my opinion because sometimes you don't want all of the fluff, just great food at decent prices. Only one suggestion I would give is for the owners to invest in a larger sign outside of the restaurant or maybe hire one of those flipping signs guys to direct people to the place. Being that the restaurant is kinda in a vehicle industrial area and not a shopping center, if you're not from around there you could miss the place. This was the first I have heard of this place. Apparently they have a food truck and expanded to this brick and mortar. The service was impeccable. I ordered and recieved my food in 15 minutes!! Very fast service! The menu is they have so many creative options for just about any palette. I ordered the peach cobbler smack down and it was delicious. I upgraded the fries and that may have been too much lol. The food is good. I just don't think the fries I ordered go well with the waffles because of the peaches and the shrimp etc. Overall it was amazing! read more

The chicken appeared very dark almost burnt but I'm assuming that's because of the sauce. I've had hot honey garlic wings at other places and this was the worst. Won't be going back again. read more

I eat at Paige's at least twice a week. We jokingly call it "The Spot" as our coveted lunch spot that we treat ourselves to. You cannot go wrong with anything on their menu. Ive had every item and each time, its consistently phenomenal. I love their wings, their waffles, shrimp; the chicken sandwich is BOMB. The Get ya Life Fries are to live for! "The burger is a 100/10" from what Ive heard. (I don't eat beef but I have heard that exact phrase used by multiple people in different settings.) The side salad is even on point with croutons, cheese, tomatoes, cucumber and SPRING MIX, not iceberg- a proper salad. Their seafood is well-seasoned. We like to joke that they don't stop seasoning till the ancestors say stop. I can go on! Their desserts are excellent. I especially love the banana pudding cheesecake. It's best to order ahead if you are in a rush. Always worth the wait though. The staff is always super welcoming and friendly. Definitely one of my staples and a great place if you want a pop of flavor and want to try new flavors. read more

I was surprised that there wasn't a Yelp page yet! You're welcome! I saw Paige's Pastries on TikTok and the food looked delicious! So I wanted to try it! So here we are!! I ordered the waffles with chicken tenders and my husband ordered the pancakes with a side of eggs and bacon and hash. When I tell you these were the best pancakes I've ever tasted! I can't believe! Tasty new spot. I discovered this spot via @atlantafoodguy aka Kristian on Instagram. I'm glad I followed his recommendation. When gave the lumberjack pancakes meal a try with the potato hash, scrambled eggs, and chicken fingers. I must say we enjoyed it. Those lumberjack pancakes were larger than life, at least bigger than my plate. My daughter and I probably only ate one of those YUGE lumberjack pancakes. Our experience was a great one and we recommend you head over here ASAP! read more

First time here and I ordered the scramble with pork sausage. It was too salty for my taste but the serving was extremely generous. Service was excellent. We ordered orange juice and it's bottled juice, not fresh squeezed. We ate there and the walls are bare and floors are sticky. If we go back, we'll take our food to go and I'll inquire if they can turn it down on the salt. read more

This place is up on the hill top off veterans memorial hwy. The owner Craig was working the counter he had phenomenal customer service. The building seemed older but was very clean and the kitchen looked clean as well always a great sign! I noticed they bottled their own drinks so had to go with one of those. I got the ghetto red kool aide it slaps. I haven't had kool aide in probably 15 years so it was nostalgic and really set the mood for the meal. The meal was insane 3 giant chicken tenders tossed in an amazing spicy honey sauce. All the flavors went so well together then you had a sweet (brioche?) Type bun and the honey giving you a sweetness there was some spice to the chicken and then the pickles just were the icing on top.. I couldn't even finish the meal I have a chicken tender and some fries left over for my second lunch in a few hours. I will definitely return to try other menu options and recommend this place to anyone. The food and customer service where so above par. Will gladly give my money to local businesses like Craig's! read more

So I typed in google "restaurants near me" and this restaurant popped up.i checked out the menu and was like this looks pretty good. i put a order in through doordash and got the strawberry shortcake chicken and waffles with a strawberry lemonade. (i got an extra brown sugar cinnamon waffle as well but i didn't try it yet while i was writing this review). let me tall y'all this though! this place is so good! inside looks like a cute little retro diner. the workers were quick and sweet! when you do a pickup order you do have to sign a paper to let them know you received it! the chicken in my plate was tossed in chipotle honey BBQ and it was sooo good and spicy! the waffles were eaten in like 2 minutes they were so yummy! the fries were seasoned to perfection! i would definitely go back! this is now my new spot for whenever i'm in austell! read more

The food is seasoned very well. I am not a spice girl, but the spices were REAL! I got the salmon burger for the fried tomatoes but my tomatoes weren't fried (bummer)! The Cajun coleslaw was good but spicy. Again, over great flavor just too spicy for me. My husband and kids will love this! read more

Great food, better people. Paige and her husband are pioneers with the breakfast in this area. Centered right near the memorial park, this is my favorite spot on this side of town. Every time I'm in there, the machine is continuously spitting out orders from the online apps. The fried fish-amazing. The grits.... Spoon suckin' good. The French toast; mama smacking (just not my mama) Don't try the loaded fries unless you have time to rest. Lol They are so amazing they put me to sleep! My father came from Delaware and this was the second thing on the list to do (after seeing my college for the first time). I'm definitely a regular here, and hopefully they don't get tired of me! read more

Absolutely fantastic, everything is really good here. They're plates are heavy. I ordered the peach cobbler chicken and waffles and a fried chicken and egg breakfast sandwich and they weren't kidding around with this plate. Two people could eat from this plate that's how much is inside. Big portions on the chicken tenders and there was a glaze on the waffles, it was really good. I'm eyeballing that burger for next time and the red velvet chicken and waffles. Looking forward to visiting again. read more

I had the Bailey burger meal. It looked so good but the patty was too salty other than the salt it had no flavor which was crazy because I've never had a bad burger but this wasn't it. I ordered food from Paige's Pastries through DoorDash and I just received THEE best food I've ever received via food delivery (out of all the food delivery companies)! I got the Peach Cobbler Smackdown, which came with 3 breaded and fried chicken tenders smothered in a delicious hot honey sauce and a side of cajun french fries. I paid the upcharge for a second side of cajun macaroni & cheese, and I'm SO glad I did! For the first time ever, I felt like I paid too little for the quality and quantity of food I received. First timer here. The food menu looks great. I got the chicken, peach cobbler waffle, and Cajun fries. It was all okay. The waffle has a good flavor. I personally would've like it crispier, but still a good flavor. It's honestly like your cousin, making you some food, on some high sh!t! lol! The strawberry lemonade was like a kool aid with a splash of lemon. I did taste a wing, which was salty, but sprinkled, on top of a plain wing, then fried. Obviously, with 12 people, there was no way we were all fitting there, yet she insisted she wouldn't take any drink orders until everyone was seated. That made no sense, especially since there was standing room and even a bar-height table available. To make matters worse, there was zero acknowledgment of the birthday--not even a simple "happy birthday," which felt like a missed opportunity given the occasion. When we asked about Fireball shots, the response was a blunt "um, no," followed by "you can have water," as she started filling glasses. That pretty much summed up the vibe we got. Not sure if this is typical service down there or just an off night, but it was enough to make us decide we wouldn't come back to the speakeasy. Bottom line: If you're in the area, definitely check out Muss & Turner's for dinner--it's worth it. But I'd skip Eleanor's and save your time and money.

When they were told the table wasn't interested in being social, the intoxicated group sat down at a table directly across from them and continued making loud, inappropriate comments. The other table appeared visibly distressed and were clearly trying to keep to themselves. Staff initially tried to calm things down and keep everyone there. When the behavior continued and escalated, they made the right call and asked the disruptive group to leave. You could feel the room relax once they were gone. Unfortunately, situations like this happen sometimes when alcohol is involved. From where I was sitting, the staff handled a tense situation professionally and fairly. I've been going to Eleanor's for over a decade and have always found the staff to be kind, attentive, and respectful. This review doesn't reflect what I personally witnessed that night.

What a gem! I recently dined at Paige's Bistro in Austell, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the cozy, modern vibe and friendly staff. It's clear that they put thought into every detail of the restaurant, from the decor to the ambiance. The menu has a great selection with something for everyone, but what really stood out were the flavors and freshness of each dish. I ordered the shrimp and grits, which was easily one of the best I've had! The grits were creamy, the shrimp were seasoned to perfection, and the presentation was just beautiful. My friend ordered the chicken and waffles, and it was such a fun, hearty dish with a perfectly crispy coating on the chicken that wasn't too greasy. We finished our meal with a slice of their signature cheesecake, and let me tell you, it's a must-have! Rich, creamy, and absolutely indulgent - a perfect ending to a fantastic meal. The service was attentive and warm, which made the experience even better. Our server was helpful with recommendations, checking in often enough to make sure we had everything we needed but also letting us enjoy our time. Paige's Bistro is a fantastic spot for a date night, a celebration, or just a good meal with friends. I'm already looking forward to my next visit! read more

The 5 Whole Wings Meal I purchased on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, was extremely disappointing. While the front counter employee, Serenity, was kind and attentive--consistently reminding customers to check their orders before leaving--the food itself was a disaster. At first glance, the wings appeared to be cooked "hard," but once I got home, it became clear they had been pre-fried and then refried, likely to save time. They were severely overcooked, burnt, and had an unpleasant old oil taste. The wing tips were so burnt that they were inedible. The peach cobbler pound cake, drenched in peaches, was dry and far from fresh. The mac and cheese was overly saturated with an unidentifiable super oily substance, making it unappetizing. The coleslaw lacked creaminess and seasoning until I added salt myself. Despite a recommendation to try this place, my experience was disappointing, and I will not return (maybe this was a bad wing day). The only item that tasted good was the golden brown shrimp, which was clearly fried in fresher oil. Unfortunately, the entire experience felt like a $42.44 waste, and I would like a refund for the inedible chicken I had to throw away. read more

The establishment is aesthetically pleasing, and the proprietors are exceptionally gracious. Paige's desserts are truly heavenly, and her husband, the chef, demonstrates remarkable culinary expertise. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the burger, praising its exceptional flavor. My luncheon companion and I both opted for the chicken salad, which was delectable and generously portioned. I highly recommended the establishment to my friend, who resides in close proximity. She subsequently visited and shared our enthusiasm for the salad, enjoying it for both lunch and dinner. We eagerly anticipate our next visit, planning to arrive before noon to partake in breakfast. The sole concern we encountered was the excessive volume of the music where we were seated, which hindered conversation. However, the hostess promptly addressed our request and lowered the volume. We were delighted that the owners personally introduced themselves and inquired about our satisfaction with the meal.
