By far the absolute worst company I've ever used in the state of Florida. My tables were supposed…read moreto be delivered at 10:30am on Sunday for a party that afternoon for 60+ guests and when 11:00am hit and we kept trying to contact the company, someone apparently called out sick, so everything was behind. We were given the drivers phone number because he wasn't answering the company calls. When 11:30am hit we were told the driver got into an accident and someone else would be making the delivery. As every hour passed that our tables did not make it to the venue we continued to call and did not receive a straight answer as to where they were. We were then told the tables would definitely be there before the start of the party. Well when guests began to arrive there were no tables or chairs. At 6:30pm (2 hours after the start time) we were told the tables were "almost there" ... So we made due without the rentals and decided to work on a refund on Monday morning. The number we were given for the driver who got into the accident was contacted on Monday and he told us his day off was on Sunday and he was never delivering tables. We then spoke to the company (which at this point we don't know who even works for who) and they don't feel any sort of remorse and said they are in no place to issue a refund they must wait for the manager to contact us. We were then told the refund of our initial deposit would take 7-10 days. Long story short this company is by far the most unprofessional and irritating company I've ever hired. Whatever you do - DONT use this company.
